It's a Big Help when your starting out in Exercising. This is a Great Buy. And you have to be consistent to get a good result period and that's with anything you do
Oh Im so impressed with this .. honestly when I ordered this, I wasnt sure if this would be the right fit but I love the quality and sturdiness and how its not too heavy and stays out and the ease with the remote. Totally recommend it!!
I haven't used this much yet but it does make your leg muscles weak like you've walked a long way. So far it has worked in 10 minute intervals vibrating at different speeds for different amounts of time during that 10 minutes. It feels good.
Well, I normally take off a star instantly if a product comes with a manual with misspellings, or poor english. That's usually a tip-off that the product doesn't perform well or won't work at all. I actually waited to review this for a while now to make sure my initial reaction was wrong... and it was. This vibrating platform actually has outperformed my expectations and outside of the misspellings in the manual, I have yet to find fault with it. It is very sturdy, motor is very strong, and it definitely does the job. There's 5 different programs that range from warming up all the way through running/training. There's various levels of intensity and for me - I haven't been able to make it higher than L3 yet - but I will work up to it. I'm a bigger guy so the fact that this board feels very sturdy to me - I'm pretty impressed. You can connect up music either using bluetooth or USB. Bluetooth worked fine for me but most of the time, I don't even use it. One of those nice-to-haves though. Comes with a couple resistance bands which I'm probably not going to use, but again nice to have it included. The remote is pretty straight forward, too. I've already enjoyed using this after my home bike workouts and I look forward to using this a lot more as I've included it into my routine.
I received my Belmont fitness platform on January 8th it was suppose to be here on the 7th, but I'm not complaining. I have been using it twice a day and I love it. I use it on program 5. I took a picture of myself and in a month I will do it again so I can see the before and after pictures. (Loving It)

Very good fitness platform for lymphatic drainage. Cons the cord is very short. The batteries are not included for the control. I like it so far
I bought this machine after using one at the gym. I did Not get this thinking it will help me lose weight and I really don't think it works for that anyways. I did however buy this because it helps with my hip and knee pain. I also have restless leg syndrome and it helps me with that as well. I am not saying it will do that for anyone else but it has helped me a lot with it so having my own was ideal for me. I feel its worth the price for it. Higher priced ones will move faster but this was just perfect for my needs. I highly recommend everyone give a vibration plate a try.
