Time will tell, but for now is what I wanted, it looks nice, easy to adjust, I think it was a good buy.
This chrome-plated tension rod is strong, does not sag, looks clean and bright. Using to hold up a wide curtain in livingroom window. Perfect solution to avoid drilling holes for screws.
It was the right size for my shower and it is well made, expensive looking and its not some light weight plastic or tin canny as some inexpensive shower rods can tend to be. Classy. You will not be disappointed.
This shower rod is perfect. It is a high quality item for a reasonable price. The rod is made of metal and is built solid. It is a heavy duty rod and looks good in my new bathroom. I am very pleased.
This pole looks great, and is much sturdier than others I have had. Who knew shower poles could be different?? :)
The rod is very heavy and feels sturdy. It was a bit awkward putting up and trying to adjust at the same time but very happy with the appearance. Look nice in chrome. I've only had it for a week so I cannot comment on how well it will hold up to throwing towels on after showering!
I am only rating this product "average" because it didn't fit the shower stall I ordered it for. This part was really on me, as I thought the bar would fit at its shortest length. The product appeared sturdy and looked nice, despite not meeting my expectations for the fit.
I'm not happy with the seam in the middle of the rod ... the curtain rings get caught on it every time I move the curtain. It's good for an inexpensive curtain rod.
Being the tight-wadded student that I am, there was no way I was going to spend a large sum of my funds on an expensive shower rod. So of course I went to everyone's trusted and cheap super-retailer and after taking the necessary measurements, I was elated to see a rod that was exactly 76 inches, as the length I need 75 1/2". Cheap and easy, right? Tsk tsk. Incorrect. The rod doesn't fit into the space and the packaging the individual rod was wrapped in stated up to only 72". I am extremely disappointed with this failure(though I should have expected it) and I would plead with ANYONE looking to purchase something that needs to fill a specific measured space, GO TO THE STORE. Don't attempt to buy online, please. Aesthetically the rod was nice, and rather sturdy until extended passed about 66".
Description specifically states that the rod will expand to 76inches. Packaging on the actual product states that rod expands only to 72 inches. DESCRIPTION IS WRONG, IF YOU NEED A ROD LONGER THAN 72 INCHES DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!
