If you like mushrooms and Alfredo Sauce this is perfect.
Perhaps it is the fact that they use real sherry, cream and butter...........but in any event, I was completely impressed with the balance of flavors, not to mention the size of the mushrooms!! Excellent in a stir fry with fettucine, broccoli, tofu and shrimp. This could spoil me!!
Goes well with many dishes
Good taste, can be used to prepare pasta, chicken and fish, it saves a lot of time if you need to cook something fast
Thick and hearty with a rich mushroom taste. So yummy with noodles and rice- not just pasta! I'm thinking of trying it over some baked chicken too- maybe adding a half a cup of white wine? Wish the Kenai AK store would stock more. Every time we go there it's out of stock for 6 months and then we get it in stock it's out within 1 week.
My favorite if I have to eat pasta...not a fan. I also use it to make a really great spinach pizza or Tuscan chicken casserole too. Berthold is the best!
