[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a potato salad for the barbecue we had on mother's day and used this Great Foods mayonnaise inplace of my usual mayonnaise. I really liked the silky texture of it and it made the dressing very creamy. I like that it is made with a healthy olive oil.

I like mayo a normal amount but I would never have considered dipping my fries in it until I tried this Best Foods mayo with olive oil. It doesn't have a greasy mouth feel at all. Just a really lovely condiment, and definitely going to be my go to mayonnaise from now on.

I prefer using olive oil in many foods or adding to dishes I make, so it's good to know this is made with olive oil too. It still has a great flavor, in fact, I prefer it over typical mayonnaise. I've been using this on my veggie burgers, on sandwiches, in my pasta salads, potato salads, and other foods.
