They are easy to take. It seemed to have got rid of my cough for periods of time. My sneezing also seemed to have calmed down too. I would definitely continue to use these!

The pill has sort of a minty flavor which stuck on my tongue longer than I'd like but honestly not a big deal. I felt like it helped my body aches go away and I felt alittle better after taking it. I wouldn't say it's anything special though. You can buy most cold and flu medications that do the same thing and work fine. I'd probably buy whatever product was cheaper at the time. There is nothing wrong with this product but there is nothing special about it either. It does work though!
