[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several chronic, painful illnesses and insomnia is a constant in my life. I usually take some sort of sleep aid, but haven't been noticing results lately. I received this sleep aid from Betr and gave it a try 3 nights ago. The first night they worked so well (2 tablets with p.m. meds), I didn't know if they were truly the reason I was able to fall asleep though so the next night I cut out my nighttime otc pain reliever (Aleve p.m.) & only used this sleep aid. I fell asleep pretty easily AGAIN & stayed asleep longer than I usually do! Last night I tried it again and again, fell asleep without waiting too long, it wasn't a super fast working aide, but it helped me just relax, close my eyes and I fell asleep. I woke up a couple of times, but for me that's per usual. I wasn't able to go back to sleep any easier than usual, but getting to sleep is ALWAYS my main problem that haunts me. This sleep aid has truly been helping and I can finally say "I fell asleep last night" when talking to my doctor and my husband about my nights living in chronic pain. I do love the purple packaging, the foil breakaways were a little difficult to open, but then I noticed there's a slight line in the foil at the top of each dose. I tore along that line and the foil/paper backing tore away easily. I will say that the warning for use longer than 4 nights in a row was kinda weird, since it is a sleep aid but I guess I'll just take breaks from it? Maybe further clarification can be made with a response to my review!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been regularly taking melatonin for about a year. Though a nasty side effect of it is nightmares. At least for me anyway. Which led me to search something that was better for me and gave me a rested nights sleep not just helped me fall asleep which is typically what I struggle with. Better takes it up a notch from just giving you the product you need they also donate with every purchase made to help someone else get medicine they need and if that's not one of the coolest things a over the counter medication company has done I don't know what is. The quality the value it's perfect for what I needed and I can honestly say I'll be buying these from now on.

When I lay down at night, I get a really bad post nasal drip, and it makes me cough like every two seconds, which affects my sleep. I took two of these, and in a matter of 10-15 minutes I started to feel relief! I fell asleep fast, which never happens for me, and I didn't wake up feeling groggy! I felt so refreshed! Another thing I really like about this, is its so easy to open! Others I have used I always had to go find the scissors and cut it open. Not with these! I just gave it a pull where the nitch was, and out they came! I'm very satisfied!

I like that they are not so heavy, so next morning for me I wake up refreshed and ready for an other busy day.

I was worried it would be difficult waking up in the morning. I ended up trying it on the weekend just in case. I woke up around the time I normally wake up, and it even felt like I had a good night's sleep. I really like how it's non-habit forming, and it works quickly. There were no negative side effects. I travel once a month for my job and always have trouble falling asleep in the hotel room. I will definitely make sure I pack these in my suitcase!

So I decided to give this a try and it has worked really well! I usually take it when getting ready for bed. Then within 15-20 I can't keep my eyes open any longer. I will say it's best to take this early so you can get a full night's sleep. If you have to be up in a short amount of time it won't leave you feeling groggy, but I've found it is very difficult to wake up when your alarm goes off.

This helped me fall asleep and stay asleep for roughly 6-8 hrs. I have insomnia and not many over the counter options work for me but this helped a lot!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a week ago and have tried it a few nights to get the full affect. The first night I was disappointed they didn't seem to work so I tried it again the following night. This night they actually did work better, I took 2 about 30 minutes before bedtime and they did help me fall asleep faster and sleep through the night. I did take 2 more 2 nights later and they worked like a dream. That morning I woke up before my alarm went off and I felt fresh and wide awake. I love that there is absolutely no sleepy or foggy brain going in when you wake up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggle with sleep issues a lot in general but from time to time it gets pretty bad so I wanted to see if these would help. They did help me with sleep at first because they'd make me drowsy but then over time, I didn't notice that same effect anymore unfortunately. I also found mysef struggling with the groggy feeling in the morning too and that was rough so I think I'd rather not keep taking them. If you read the ingredients it's basically a antihistamine used for allergies.

In a recent trip I brought this with me and it made me feel drowsy but not enough to actually fall asleep. To be fair, most sleep aids do not work for me. I really liked the packaging and the oils were easy to swallow (coming from someone who struggles with pills)
