Dissolves quickly with no chalkiness left behind . Refreshing true strawberry lemonade taste that helps settle your stomach if you are experiencing diarrhea or to help prevent dehydration after a long workout or even cutting the grass or outdoor activities. No unpleasant after taste.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electrolyte powder is really awesome! It is super easy to open and mix with a water bottle to get a fast and easy rehydration drink. I used it when I forgot to drink anything for a day and was starting to feel sick. It tasted good and I felt better very quickly. I love that it can be used even with kids because I'm always looking for stuff I can give my kids when they are sick. And I love that I can store it easily for emergencies. We love it!

They are very easy to take on the go, so I've been taking them to work with me and adding them to my water bottle. The yummy pink lemonade flavor encourages me to drink more water throughout the day. I love that these packets have a high amount of zinc and electrolytes. Very happy with this electrolyte powder.

It's quick and easy to prepare and the taste is pretty good. The flavor isn't for everyone, it's unique, however, I like it pretty well. There is a distinct strawberry flavor and yet there is a more comprehensive lemon flavor that isn't for everyone. It's a very bold and unique taste. This mix leaves me feeling refreshed and hydrated. I can take it on the go or use it at home, making it very versatile and convenient. I'm confident that I am getting the hydration that I need from this one small packet of flavoring that is so simple to add to your routine. I look forward to trying more flavors of this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Betr rehydration power is super easy to use. It just requires mixing with 16oz of water, so it can easily be dumped into any water bottle. It definitely taste better when the water is cold! but it's not terrible with warm water. The strawberry lemonade favor smells like the pez candy and even tastes like it too! I will say I was expecting a salty taste but the overall taste was more sweet than salty. They are fantastic for taking with while traveling, after a tough or super hot work out (I use inlace of gatorade), and a morning after having one to many drinks ;) These definitely help me get back to feeling normal and rehydrated in many situations. Overall - use with cold water and easy to keep in a purse/backback.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Betr Rehydration packets are a great product to have on hand (vs. premade rehydration liquids) for all manner of reasons - whether sickness, strenuous workouts, or even a long night out with friends when one wakes up dehydrated and with a headache. Adding powder to room temperature water (rather than COLD) helps the powder absorb. The My spouse sometimes overworks themselves outdoors (nausea from our South Georgia heat) and these rehydration packets worked well for him. The taste is also agreeable which makes them that much easier to use.

Tastes like weird gatorade, but it's to be expected for a rehydration product. I like that there are 6 packets in the box. This is much more convenient than trying to lug bottles of sports drinks around a store when you're ill. I'd much rather grab this small box off a shelf. The fact that the packets mix into a standard bottle of water is super convenient as well. My favorite part, and the reason I'll continue using these, is that they donate a product for every product you buy. I absolutely love the company's focus on Americans who can't afford the medication they need!
