I am extremely happy with my purchase! I redecorated my bedroom in a Paris theme and this was the perfect touch. It is only the base however. I wish it would have come with a shade that matched it as opposed to having to buy one separately that doesn't go quite as well. But for the price it was a great deal. Nice and sturdy also.
I have been using this for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It is simple, unassuming, and quirky, and seems to be well-made. Some of the plastic bits on the bottom were damaged, but enough extras were supplied to replace them.
I ordered the Eiffel Tower base a few weeks ago and it just recently came it. I absolutely love it! I had it shipped to the store so I didn't have to pay for shipping, which is great. So glad I found this base because the other lamps I was looking at were so expensive. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Gave it to my granddaughter. She found a shade that was the same shape as the base of the lamp. Covered the shade with striped black and cream fabric, added a hot pink ribbon. Was gorgeous!
My daughter has been drooling over an Eiffel Tower lamp base at Hobby Lobby for a while now. When I found this one online at WM, I had to get her for her birthday. We haven't given it to her yet, but it looks great! So excited to have found this.

This lamp is very nice for my office but honestly it doesn't give off as much light as I had hoped even without a lamp shade. While it does come with a bulb I think this lamp is slightly too expensive for what it is. Would I buy again? No probably not but aesthetically its very pretty.
My lamp was broken when I opened the box it was shippd in!!!
