Better Homes & Garden Persian Fringe Runner Rug Multi 28Wx84L is absolutely perfect. I love the subdued colors that you can see in the picture I attached. The size is perfect for a hallway or even beside your bed. I wasn't sure if I would like the fringe but it doesn't bother me. The color combination is something I would never think to put together but it works beautifully. You will need a non slip gripper under this so it stays in place.
Nice colors a little muted. I do have this on carpet but The backing is nonslip which keeps it in place on hardwood. The fringe and medallion design makes this perfect for Boho themed room.
We are very pleased with the quality of this runner. The colors are very nicely muted blues, shades of orange, and ivory. Fantastic value at this price.
I have a 15 year old Pekingese dog, Gizmo, who cannot get around as well as he used to. In the house, at the bottom of the stairs we have that fake linoleum vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood. It is super slippery for a pair of paws that are not so agile as they once were and every time he comes down stairs, the gravity of making his way down takes over and when he hits the slick floor, he slides and stumbles into something or falls altogether on his bad leg. So I have been on the hunt for a rug of some sort that could be thin enough to fit in the narrow entry way but long enough to span the length so in case he stumbles down the last stairs, he won’t go sliding. That is when I came across this amazing runner rug from Better Homes & Gardens that look like it would fit the bill. When it arrived, it was perfectly packaged so that the rug wasn’t all creased and messed up. It is a lot bigger than I ever thought it would be and when I unfolded it, I was able to admire how well they had packaged it inside of the shipping package. Each section of the folded up underneath side of the rug had a piece of paper, almost like tissue paper but thicker… It was almost a mix of parchment and tissue paper. The reason that was important was because the underside of the rug has, sewn into it, the most amazing gripper material I have seen! So the paper kept it from sticking together during the shipping process which would have compromised the integrity of the gripping material because had it touched, it would have stuck together and then had to be ripped apart, ruining the material. So I unfolded the rug and set it down and it does not move an inch. Whether I walk on it or my daughter or the animals, that rug sits exactly where you place it and I have never had that happen with another rug without having to buy that gripping material separately and even then it would still slide around with weight on top of it. I love the faded look of the rug and the Persian inspiration behind it. The colors work so well together and the material that the rug is made out of, feels so top-quality and like it will last forever. The little Fringe details are just the cherry on top. I could not be more happy with this piece from Better Homes and Gardens. They literally knock it out of the park every single time and I am always in love with every item I get from them. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this rug and I will definitely be getting more future as the need arises and I know exactly where I’ll be going to get it!
Love this rug. Great color and style. It is a bit thin for standing on but other than that I think it is great!
This rug is soft and so pretty. It feels like silk but has a great weight to it so it stays in place. Im in love. A great rug at a great price. Its in my laundry room and is the perfect size.
Persian Medallion Pattern Rug Runner in blue 2.5' x 7' [28" x 84"]was the right size for me to use in front of the kitchen cabinets. Everyone likes to step on a rug during the winter when the floors are cold. Just unwrapped and put it right down there was no bad smell or fold marks, No wrinkles in it and it lays completely flat plus I love that the nonslip backing keeps this rug put.
This rug has muted colors that go well in our home. The texture is not as soft as I like to have in our bedroom but it is ok. The backing is woven into the rug. Not an added on foam. It should hold up to the minor wiggling from walking on it. O wash my rugs occasionally and this one should do well. Overall it is a nice, thin, throw rug.
The Better homes and gardens area rug is pretty nice! I placed it in my kitchen, the area in front of my new stove. I know this is not ideal, because it will get dirty. But I wanted it for my kitchen. What I like about it, it has a nice grip, it really is non slip. It is stiff enough to lay nice and flat. What I dislike, the fringes tend to bunch up and create a tripping hazard. Another thing, it is not washable, spot clean only. Also, it is not soft, but not being in bare feet in the kitchen often, that's fine. The colors look a little washed out, could be brighter. All in all, nice rug!
Would give it 5 star but the colors don't match. We went back several times to get one that matches our smaller one and they kinda match now. Good value though
