[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stuff. I can use the whole bottle if there is others here or if it’s just me, I take some out. Put it in a bowl and add some water. The rest stays in the container safe for later. No box. No mess.
I remember my mom always having a box of Bisquick for muffins, pancakes, and all kinds of things. I also remember having to measureI it (making a mess), and adding other ingredients. The pancake mix is SO MUCH EASIER! You just add water, shake, and it's ready. (Sometimes I do have to use a long skinny teaspoon to break up clumps, but that's nothing compared to the alternative.) These are also the only pancakes my son likes and will eat!
My charity used this item for an outdoor pancake breakfast made on an outdoor, gas griddle. We just added water and shook and got really good pancakes. Without having to measure, add, mix, made it much easier. One caveat is that it does not produce more than 8-10 decent sized pancakes per bottle.
love how easy it is to prepare. I add cinnamon to my battter. And, add fruit toppings.
I prefer this over the box because it's so much easier I can just throw the container away after I'm done
This mix used to be fantastic. Always came out perfect! Recently, the past several bottles we purchased were just crap. Not shaking properly, chunky, cooking weird (burning with the inside raw), and just not the consistency it used to be! Maybe they changed their ingredients or something? We definitely won't be buying the product anymore after so much disappointment.
I haven't had a chance to try this yet as I just picked this up from grocery pick up. I did notice however that the container is only 1/3 full. It's quite the marketing strategy. I feel like I've been tricked.
Shaking the batter for 30 seconds over-mixes the batter which makes very thin pancakes. The convenience is not worth it. The pancakes are not good. Better off using regular Bisquick and mixing batter in a bowl
Less than half a bottle of mix. will not buy again.
The fact I never got my pancake mix
