BIC Marking Permanent Markers worked great for coloring in my adult coloring books The markers have an ultra fine point and a soft rubber grip that I found to be helpful in controlling the marker. The markers have little if any odor, have acid free ink, and can be used on many different types of surfaces from paper to metal to glass. This pack had 8 different colors; the only one I felt was a bit weak was the yellow marker, which seemed to be a bit light. I felt these markers moved a bit smoother over paper than Sharpie markers. There is a problem with bleeding through paper unless you're using something heavier like card stock. These markers are quite smooth and dry quickly. The ink has a nice finish to it, especially on glossy paper. I found the ultra-fine tips perfect for writing and drawing. I would recommend BIC Marking Permanent Markers ultra fine point to others and enjoyed using the product. I was given a free product in exchange for an honest review. Great pens! Writing did survive the wash. Nice color, very fine line.
These write almost like a pen, fine tip so its very easy to write small legible print. I love all the colors this pack comes with. These permanent markers are way better than other brands they have a consistant ink that doesnt quit writing. They are also very comfortable in the hand. These ultra fine intensity markers are great! Most permanent markers I have used in the past have been hard to write with because the tip is too big and then when you write, the letters look like they are all smudged together. Not these markers. Each has a nonslip grip which make it easy to hold and very easy to write with. They have a small odor which you won't even notice and it dries very quickly! Bic intensity permanent markers are good for marking anything you want to add bold permanent colors to. The ultra fine tip makes them good for writing on stuff like clothes tags, freezer bags or adult coloring books. It is fun to have a variety to choose from. I like to carry some of them in my purse. I was working on a project and decided that these would be perfect, and I was right! I love that the handles (or I guess they are called grips) are soft and formed to fit the hand and fingers nicely. Worked well for those of us who had slime covered hands from the goo of the project. The colors are bright and vibrant and they write very smooth. I had the ultra fine tip and they were very precise in a fine line. I even tried it on a plastic bottle and they worked great! No smudging even for our left handed people! These are the best markers if you need an Ultra-fine tip. The tip seems to be softer than a Sharpie tip so it doesn't tear into the paper of a coloring page, for example. I plan on buying more colors soon.
Works very well on stretched canvas (see image) and on cardstock for fine detailing. This set has vivid colours making it versatile and budget-friendly. Great value for money. Note: It will leak through (or show very clearly on other side) on thin paper (weight lesser than 60lb) such as notebooks or paper used to photocopy.
