I have combo oily/dry skin, very oily in the t-zone normal-dry everywhere else. I struggle with finding products that hydrate enough, but not too much, and that cleanse thoroughly without being too stripping. I read the description on the back of the bottle, and this seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. And it is! This has enough surfactants to cut through oil and makeup, while not being so stripping my cheeks get dry patches everywhere. I like the looks of the bottle, and enjoy the way the cleanser smells.
I have used this product for years (about 5 years to be exact) and this will still be my go to face wash! I have tried other similar brands and products but I keep coming back to this one! I love it! I do have combination skin and this cleanser does an amazing job washing off makeup without making my dry areas feel dry. I even use it as my makeup brush cleanser because I know it won't make them rough. I also have very sensitive skin and had not once had a problem with irritation with this product as i have with others. I lately have been having the worst time trying to find it and it is making me sad. I really do hope they don't end up discontinuing this product or i will not know what to do with myself!
This cleanser gets all of my makeup off better than any other cleanser I've used. In the past, I used other cleansers and had to go back over my face with an astringent to get the rest of my makeup off (the astringent really dried out and irritated my skin). I tried this cleanser and then wiped my face with a cotton ball soaked in astringent.... there wasn't any makeup left after I used the Biore Combination Skin Balancing Cleanser. Now I can skip the astringent!!! I've been using this cleanser for about a year and it doesn't dry out my face, no acne, etc.! Love this product! My 7-year-old recently started getting some minor acne on his face. I had him wash his face with the Biore Combination Balancing Cleanser once a day for a week.... now his acne is gone! He continues to use this cleanser once a day and it doesn't dry out his skin at all. If it's gentle enough for a kid then it's pretty good stuff! No weird fragrances, not harsh or drying, just a good face wash! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I sold skincare for many years and had a chance to use the most expensive brand name cleansers. I think this one does better job cleansing, removing make-up and balancing my combination skin, than most of them for the fraction of the price. I've used it for about two weeks. My T-zone is not as shiny anymore and chicks are just as silky smooth. Thank you.

I Have combination skin, when i was on my teen years i never had acne, and even if my skin was oily it was never as bad as it became when i turned 22. I don't know if it was hormonal or what, but suddenly my skin was a lot more oily and it began to develop comedones. I changed my diet, washed my face 2 times every day, and my skin still was bad. UNTIL i tried this, i would recommend it for everyone with comedones and combination skin, i started using this 2 weeks ago and it did WONDERS! my skin isn't perfect yet, but my pores feel so much clear and my face doesn't feel like a grease ball so i'm really happy, and the comedones are fading away, i live on South america so the weather is really hot, and still this doesn't make my face to develop so much oil through the day.
I am in my late forties and earlier this year I began to get acne. I never even had such a significant problem in my teenage years. It was suggested that I was experiencing hormonal changes due to upcoming menopause. I tried several washes, creams, changes to my diet and face cleansing routines but nothing helped. About a month ago I thought I would give this product a chance. Within a week I began to notice a change for the better. Now my skin is almost back to being where it used to be. I am so grateful. My skin feels clean and the acne has dried up but it does not leave my skin dry. My forehead is no longer greasy and the product has done what it has stated...balanced my skin. Thank you!!
I bought this product because I was looking for a cleanser that would deep clean without exfoliating and micro scrubbers (it irritates my skin). I liked the idea that it takes care of every skin need without neglecting another. I love how gentle it feels when I massage it on my face and it has a very mild smell, almost like it could be fragrance free. The first day I used this, my complexion was very bright, clean and I looked refreshed. Day 2 was a different story. I noticed a little redness around my nose area and around the sides of my nose. I figured it was from the weather (like a little heat rash) because it did get up to 80 on this particular day. So I used the cleanser anyway, and just didn't wash over the red parts. As the day went on, it got kind of itchy in that area and when I took a closer look, I had these little bumps, almost like mini whiteheads all over my nose and the surrounding area. Again, I just figured it was the rash taking it's course and by tomorrow, it would probably start to clear, WRONG. So I used the cleanser this morning and surely after about 30 minutes, the rash spread to my right cheek so I've come to the conclusion that it's this cleanser that's irritating my skin. I feel this is a great product, just not for me. I probably need to switch to something for sensitive skin.
I don't even have sensitive skin or anything really. I wash my face every day but ran out of my old face wash and decided to give this a try since I have a ball coming up in two weeks and my forehead was looking a bit iffy on the acne. Thank G I didn't try it closer to the dance because it dried out my skin so much with THREE uses that it looks like I have permanent sunburn. I can't even cover it up with make-up because it looks super bumpy since my skin is so dry and it hurts like a bit. I have never had this happen to me before with any other product other than strong acne medicine and that was, of course, only localized to one pimple spot. This cleanser didn't even start to clear up my skin before it burned it up!
I've used multiple products over the years to keep my acne from getting too bad, and I switch every few months to see if there is one that works better. So I tried this product. At first, my skin had no problem, but after a week it was clear that it didn't work. I waited it out for three weeks, and my skin has done nothing but get worse. If your skin is acne prone, I would not recommend this.
