[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came just in time. My puppy ended up getting a pound of raw hamburger meat off the counter and had bad diarrhea the next day. I had to do a little manual clean up with is understanding but after I used this multi surface cleaning machine and it worked like a champ. Not only does it work on carpet but it also works on hard wood floors as well. We live near a lake with a sandy beach and dogs are constantly making the floors dirty. Did I mention it has no cord?!? This is one of my favorite traits about it, no longer need to be constricted by plugging it in. Plus it is very light which makes it easy to carry around / transport upstairs or down to the basement. Instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to set up and begin using. The CrossWave has 3 functions: Hardwood floor, Small rug area and Pet turbo clean. I like that the CrossWave has two tanks so it keeps the clean water separate from the dirty water so only clean water with the cleaning solution are going on my floor. Unlike when I mop and just reuse the same murky water probably spreading around dirt and bacteria. It was faster than mopping as well I wish the battery lasted a little longer when using it for cleaning larger areas. All in all I am glad I have it as part of my cleaning arsenal!

The thing I love the most about my Bissel Crosswave X7 Pet Pro is that it always gets all the dirt and hair up everytime! There is one thing I would change and that is I wish it had a bigger dirty water tank and clean water tank.

My wife cleans like never before and now is the clean queen of the house. Bought for her for Christmas and I should've bought one sooner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Crosswave X7 has been a dream to use!! Let me start by talking about the little things I love. Cleaning the container! Previous models of the crosswave had a ton of crevices that were very hard to get to. The new X7 model does not. It is super easy to rinse clean and not worry about left over debris. The brush roller and cleaning function also has been upgraded. You no longer have to dump water into the tray. Instead you just push a button, watch it spin, and your ready for next time! Lastly the trigger on previous cross waves was not so finger friendly when cleaning a whole house. The new Crosswave X7 doesn't leave you regretting your giant tasks. It's very easy to push around and I absolutely love the turbo setting for tough messes. This really is the one you need in your life. It really is an all in one cleaning helper! Don't have to sweep just turn this thing on and go! It's a win win!

I also have asthma and have to clean/vacuum constantly to keep my breathing under control. We have 2 roombas, a dyson cordless stick, a shark corded stick, a microfiber mop and a braava mop. I'm allergic to my dogs, but love them so much - so having a high quality vacuum is a non negotiable for me to be able to breathe in my home. So when I say I love this vaccum, it's coming with so much background! And I'm going to cut this into a few sections. Its cordless, but really works! Honestly, for a cordless, this will replace my Dyson. It has better suction, the battery lasts longer and it mops at the same time. The mopping/vacuuming I have a 1200 square foot house and 5 vacuums. This vacuum should NOT have gotten this much dirt and fur out of my floors but it did! It's so nice to be able to immediately erase muddy foot and paw prints from my rugs & floors. The washing function also seems to get MORE fur out of my rugs because it gets wet and is pulled up easier! Emptying / cleaning the grossness you pick up This is my favorite part. I've been frustrated in the past that I can't always get the wet fur and dirt out of my Bissell. This vacuum comes apart in so many ways to clean the brush Head and empty the tank! D I also love the cycle that washes out the vacuum when you're done! It spins the brush out until it's almost dry! Some "drawbacks" that I get are super nit picky! - The high suction needed to pick up the water means that large debris needs to be swept or picked up by hand - there are no attachments, so you'll still need a vacuum for baseboards and getting cobwebs from window frames, etc - it doesn't go under furniture at all, so be prepared to move those couches and get that gunk! We'll be keeping a vacuum for under couches and attachments to go behind furniture! But this is our "it's Saturday, move the couch and conquer the fur" go to vacuum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Bissell I was struggling before I got the chance to try out this product I would make a mop water and then I would have to leave it in the tub because it was so heavy and when I tired to carry it out it would spill everywhere I am just so glad I had got the chance to Try bissell it works like a dream leaves your floor looking fresh and so clean . The only thing I didn't really like was that it spills Water but that's okay better then Struggling. I love that it cleans it self's I love everything about it. But it dies kinda fast but that's fine. It picks up everything hair you make it

I was skeptical at first. Watching the video ads for the product seemed surreal, it had to effects... nope! This thing is a lifesaver for a family with pets and toddlers in the house! The ability to do all the above and THEN refresh a rug is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been holding out buying a pricey vacuum until I found one that could do multiple things and this one does it. Household has a 4yo, new born and 1 dog so the dirt moves around a lot. I first used this strictly as a dry vac with no water to see how much it would pick up and it filled the tank quickly! Lots of dust which my Normal vacuum didn't pick up. Used the wet vacuum later that day on tile and it did great however the dirty tank filled quicker than the clean tank emptied so I ended up having to stop twice to finish one room. Self clean option is great!! And the best part is my 3 month old was instantly put to sleep by the sound. Something I didn't realize was the vacuum instantly turns off once the dirty tank is full.

Has 3 different modes for floor type Vaccums the water up well Cons: does not reach small nooks or under my kitchen cabinets, you still need another vac to do those areas. Battery life is OK. Water tank is very small, so you have to keep refilling. You blow through the cleaner you are supposed to use. Clean up is kinda a pain . You have to take it all apart to dry it out. The self cleaning mode does wonders BUT leaves tons of water in the tray( see pic). Doesn't work well on a rug. I guess all in all its great if you want to wash a big area of your floors. It dusts well and does pick up all the dog hair♀️. Still not sure if I will return it or not. Kinda stuck here because i NEED to wash my floors daily but i also need to vaccum first. Im trying to cut down time and all the steps. Any mop ive used gets clogged and matted with dog fur and such. The price you pay I would think it would give me more options and wow factor
