The carpet light beige and it did not Leave any stains! My dog got sick and it was a lot of places and this little cleaner left no clue as to what had happened.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is compact, easy to use and does a great job on those pet stains! I would highly recommend this for All Humans for their fur babies! I also purchased the Bissell vac and small hand vac for cat hair & Dog hair! My GSD only sheds 2 times a year ( 6 months at a time!) So all of the Bissell products are needed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three young boys, three dogs, and three cats. We are always on the go and always trying to fight messes. Sometimes surface messes are all we have time for in real time and so we need deep cleaning power with our cleaning tools. This Bissel PowerBrush was absolutely made for tough stains and deep cleaning. Because it's so small and battery powered, it's portable and easy for my sons to use too. Even if you have a large upright for carpets, this is an excellent addition to any busy household because you can use it to spot clean or use on harder to reach areas that bigger units just are impractical for. While it was easy to hook up to charge and took no time at all to be fully charged, I do wish it were built to have a detachable battery pack much like a handheld drill- this would allow for bigger jobs to completed at one time rather than needing to charge halfway through the job. For example- we took on our car's upholstery and had to charge between doing all the seats in front and middle before tackling the back. I love that the unit only takes solution and there is no mixing of water and solution in a proper ratio. This aids in the portability because there's no running to the sink to fill any reservoir. So, our first use was on our car. I was immediately impressed with the power of the brush and suction. One pass of the powerbrush over our seats and it was jaw dropping. As gross and embarrassing as it is to share a photo of how absolutely filthy our car upholstery was- it's equally exciting to share that after just one pass our seats were well on their way to being restored to the original brightness. I've since used this on pet accidents on an area rug, and deep cleaning a custom upholstered chair that everyone seems to love draping themselves over the arms of. If I could make an improvement, it would be to design it in such a way that the unit would function and avoid leaking if it were turned upside down. This would make it usable in every room and nearly any application. My mom has two very large breed dogs and very light carpeting. She borrowed our unit for their muddy footprints and doesn't want to give it back! We've already picked up a few large refills of solution and are thinking of what else we can clean with it. Who knew deep cleaning would be so enjoyable?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked nicely. The only thing I would have to gripe about is that the suction isn't very great. Its lightweight and has this spraying formula that came with it, which smells great. Great for office, car, or small places with minimal need for cleaning. Just not good for homes. I'd recommend this product for small apartments or cars with a small pet. Suction is really weak though.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter uses it to clean up after her cats get sick. It works wonderful. Love the fact that it's coarless. When we received it down, one of the bottles was sliced on the bottom and leaking. So we didn't get a full bottle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sure I would lose my safety deposit until this miracle. My cat vomits a lot and other cleaning products just can't fully lift the stain. This removed every stain I could find and in an incredibly short amount of time. I only took away a star because I found the solution and dirty water containers a bit hard to remove from the main unit. I'd also love a headlight on this to help see the stain up close as you clean.
It's just okay. I use this product primarily for when my cat throws up on the new carpet. I spray it on the fresh stain, let it sit, then vacuum up the liquid. If I clean it up ASAP, it works pretty well. The suction isn't that great though, so I have to do a LOT of passes over the stain to get the liquid out. Then when it's all done, some of the liquid doesn't move to the dirty water tank. It sits there in the end and drips out (see photos provided). Even weeks later after I've cleaned up the leak drips, I'll find new drips? It doesn't really make sense. I've texted with customer support and they sent me some troubleshooting guides, but it's none of those issues. So uh, I guess it gets the job done if you really work at it, but store it somewhere that you don't mind getting slightly moist.
I tried to use the product and it does not even spray correctly I had to pour cleaner and water on the floor to get spots up. i emailed the seller and got no reply do bot waste your money the product and poor customer service is not worth it. And the item.does not even hold a charge.
Box was delivered completely destroyed. I received a used nonworking product.
