Worked perfectly for everything i needed it for.
Only problems: Information in Portuguese & charger had no USA plug-got information on web & bought USA plug. Otherwise good!
THEY SENT A CHARGER FOR EUROPE NOT FOR THE U.S.A. OR CANADA WHICH KIND OF MADE ME MAD.
i bought this for about $200, i found it was overpriced a bit (now its at a great price) but i bought it cuz i trusted walmart to provide me with this phone brand new and not the refurbished ones that other sellers pass as new. my phone arrived new, never used, no problems, just like i hoped. my only disappointment was that it had a tmobile logo on it. but thats ok. i got over it quick enough. its unlocked and it works with my digicel (caribbean) sim card just fine. i love it

No booklet included and I had to use my old charger new one is poor.I like blackberrys but his is the cheapest one I have owned,
I expected an unlocked phone, but I have received one with TMobile logo and main screen, I needed this phone to use it with AT&T network. I had to return it.
The phone came with foreign instructions. Pretty sad when English is your language . The help line offered instruction to open the package upon delivery...no brainier. Did not know if the phone worked or not. The SIM card did not fit. Very disappointed.
I took this phone to AT&T today to get service, but they said they couldn't do it because it was 2G. I have ordered a BlackBerry Q10.
Phone was in great condition could not get it unlocked tried 3 different company's no luck.
