I bought this phone because I love Blackberry, I loved the feel of it not too heavy and very easy to navigate. I am not a tech person but I was able to navigate it without bothering my daughter lol.
The phone was a Sprint phone so I have been unable to set my phone number at this point, but other than that - I love it. The Blackberry is very easy to work with, takes good photos, and transferred to my TMobile account with little effort.
Phone was locked.
This was not a brand new phone and it was locked not unlocked like it said. It was from Sprit. I returned it.
I purchased the phone for my wife and she has had nothing but problems with it i would appreciate your help in returning it thank you
