Suction power is sufficient for most vacuuming. Run time is also good. No need to recharge all the time - ready for use after long periods of not charge. Easy to clean. Construction seems durable. Brush attachment could be better, a little flimsy.
I've only had the vacuum for a short time but it has already become my favorite tool in the house to clean with. I love the light weight portability of it and the many attachments that come with it. It has good suction and it is easy to clean. Im not sure exactly how long the battery last because I have only used it in short bursts but im sure it last long enough to complete a task as long as you don't have unreasonably high expectations for a 20v cordless vacuum. Overall great product and excellent purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or recommend it to a friend.
Received this for a Christmas gift I love the vac! It is very efficient battery lasts for quit sometime. Fits in a small place, haven't used my large vac since I received my Black +Decker Vac. I have one small problem my ears are very sensitive and the vac is loud.
This was a gift from my son. The original was missing a small part, which is no longer available due to a slight change in the model. B&D replaced the entire unit. My 4-year old grandson like using it (that's great), and it is easy to use. I much prefer it over my old upright. The gift request was for small, hand-held machine. This fits the bill perfectly.
This little cordless handheld vacuum has great suction and the floor cleaner attachment does great for a quick clean up on the kitchen and bathroom floor. Comes a part easily to clean it which you will need to after a few uses as the filter does get pretty coated with dust and other small particles that make it through the hard plastic screen that surrounds the filter. The battery life gives you a good 15-20 minutes of use which is plenty of time for the quick clean ups.
Pretty easy assembly out of the box and good suction for pet hair on hard surfaces which was our primary reason for getting it. Charging stand is pretty flimsy and not sure the attachments are of a whole lot of use. Battery was good for about 20 mins or so. This is a niche product that I'm glad to have in our closet.
I've got a graveyard of cordless vacuums...many different brands, volts, watts, sizes. This one is the most practical! Great for the car. Light weight and powerful suction. I'm impressed with the time it works until it is ready for another charge. I bought this to use for my car and to clean out the cracks/crevices of my couch and recliners. Reaches in places that only crumbs can find! Now the negatives....The charging doc is sort of big and awkward. It has holders for the additional parts but really kind of dumb (not a big issue for me as I didn't buy this for the additional parts although they do come in handy. Kind of hard to turn this on and there is a slight 3 sec. pause for it to start up to maximum suction (again something you can live with). The way the attachments attach is a joke. They come off WAY to easily. Why they don't "snap" into the main tube is beyond me. There is this type of plastic press latch that really has no strength to holding or keeping it on whatsoever. This vacuum would be a "10" if it wasn't for that stupid attachment. Who designs these? Obviously, someone who doesn't vacuum often.
Great suction power! Pet hair tool is phenomenal because you don't have to pull hair out of bristles. It's even good at pulling hair out of the knit and fibers. No need to spend a fortune on lint rollers bristle-less tools or countless hours removing pet hair and lint. My only nitpicks is having only 10-15 minutes to do what you got to do and how slightly awkward the unit can be despite it's ultra-light weight. The hose length occasionionally makes it hard when a job requires 2 hands. It's not long enough to set it down while you stand or to hang it up while you work close to the ground. The hose is too short because its length conforms to its rounded "holster" atop the vac unit. Ideally a strap could free up your carrying hand to throw it over a shoulder or hang it wile you vac blinds or curtains. It takes about an hour to charge but you only get a fraction of that time to use it. But it works really well while charged. The ability to switch from corded to cordless usage would make this vac a dream come true!
Love this item.......one thing that would change it from good to excellent was if the floor attachment was thinner so that it could go under furniture easier. Awesome for quick vacuums on hard wood or even lower pile carpets/rugs. I got this for quick clean ups after the dog comes in trailing mud, leaves, or whatever. If the floor attachment was slimmer this is something I would grab everyday for quick vacuums!!!
I have had this about two months. It's got great power and the charge lasts a long time. It does not get heavy use, and I have used it fewer than 6 times. Last time I used it, I opened the little canister to empty the dirt and a piece of hinge broke off. Unfortunately, this makes the entire unit unusable. I'm going to have to tape it when I want to use it and untape it to empty it. NOT FUN. This has never been dropped. I'm the only user and I never treat appliances roughly (I appreciate them too much to abuse them). This must be a defect in the canister. If the canister door hinge were screwed on, the door could be replaced (and likely would not have broken at all). The canister is not replaceable, either. It's one piece with the motor.
