I've been using my Blendtec (I named it Blendy) every single day since I received it a month ago. No more blending leafy greens and water first before adding my fruits to my green smoothies. No more blending for 5 minutes, it gets the job done in 30 seconds! Super easy to clean. Not too many parts. LOVE the color! So worth it! Extremely pleased with my purchase!
I purchased my blendtec in December so I could be ready in January for my New Years resolution to get healthy. I have used it every day since. I love it! It's my best friend!
I love this blender because it actually blends, crushes ice and makes the best smoothies. So easy to clean and its very pretty.
We've been using this blender for about a month, and its been the best blender we've had. Its shear power is incredible. It has the ability to heat up liquids, just from friction at high speed. We've made many superfood smoothies & hot soups with it, and we were blown away with how it was capable of heating the soup with it! We had purchased a vitamix first, and returned it, because it came with a plunger, this indicated to us that the design of the jar must be lacking something. We love the digital controls and fact that the control panel is easy to clean. Electronic controls always trumps switches in my opinion, because there are no contacts to go bad. The Blendtec is worth every penny!!!
My husband and I ordered the Blentec blender and though I would never pay close to $400.00 for a blender but was it worth it! We make several smoothies a day and use it for chopping and blending soups. I would have to say I would invest again in another Blendtec blender.
Switching from a cheap blender to a premium one is a big step (and investment). But the ease of use and variety of uses make the jump entirely worth it. From ice cream to hot soup – from nut butters to smoothies, our Blendtec takes the place of several other appliances. The online recipe book gives endless options, but the real value is that it's easy to use and simple to clean... meaning this is the type of purchase you'll enjoy using and *keep* using regularly. It devours fresh (or frozen) fruits and veggies, so there's zero headache to eat healthy. Can't recommend this enough.
i bought this for my good friend and this is my 5th purchased for family and friends. i share my story with then and always the interest is high so, i buy for them. i use my own blendtec daily- morning fruit veggie blend is important to start my day. Note: i had before Ninja and other blenders and none compare to my BlendTec.
I use this blender multiple times a day. I absolutely love it. It does a fantastic job with making almond flour, smoothies and soups! Easy clean up. I do not feel like I'm missing out by not paying more for extra buttons. Love the color! I only wish the lid was made to be more obvious when it is on tight and ready to go. Often times (not every time) I think it's completely on and then after a blending cycle starts, the lid starts to migrate up a bit because I failed to snap it down all the way on all 4 sides. Maybe I still need practice? I have used it 167 times though, so not really sure. Definitely happy with my purchase overall though and still glad I didnt get the Vitamix I was contemplating! I love that the blendtec easily fits on my counter under my cabinets and underneath (although it's kind of made itself a permanent location on the counter since I use it so much!). I also like that it's light and that the blade is not sharp and scary to clean. It's also surprisingly convenient that it stops on its own so that I can walk away and do other things while it's blending. I originally thought that feature wouldn't matter because I am used to holding in on blender buttons the entire blending cycle, no big deal. But this feature should not be overlooked as unimportant!
Who knew this is how blenders were supposed too work? It's extremely powerful and has no problem crushing ice and plenty of frozen fruit. My only complaint is if the plastic center part of the lid is dirty at all, specifically when making two different smoothies in a row, the middle part had popped off twice causing the ingredients to fly ALL over the kitchen.
My blentec broke after owning it for a short 10 months! Disappointed since it's a $400 blender. The company make you jump through a lot of hoops to replace it, so I went back to bed bath &beyond and the were excellent about replacing. Also blentec was going to give me a refurbished one! Next time I will go with a different blender!
