I like the phone for what I need it for. However, phone when turned on was in Spanish. I looked through the manual which I could barely read since the type was so small to see how to change to English. Nothing in the manual explains how to do it. I ended up going on line and finally after a half hour found someone who explained how to change to English. The manual is of no help at all but the phone is good.
