Very nice and cheaper phone
I really like this handy little phone. Everything is as it should be. The only problem I have with this phone is I can't seem to figure out how to get the Voice Mail feature to work! Anyone have any input?? I read my little instruction Manual, but still can't find out what number to put in or whatever it is I'm supposed to do. It isn't the number one like all my other phones...HELP!
For a general phone very good quality, price, and the TV works fine. The camera quality is the only bad thing.
I was looking for an unlocked GSM phone with QWERTY keyboard for use with a low-budget phone service. Since I will not have image messaging, just basic talk and text, I was not concerned with camera quality (which is pretty poor, but typical). I have only used it for two calls so far, but call quality is good. This may not be a good choice for a 'non-tech' person, since there are no directions in the manual for how to access each function, so navigating can be a challenge initially (took a few minutes of pressing each button to see what it did with the SIM card out, so there was no worry about crazy charges). It is all plastic construction, and the entire back pops off (with some difficulty) to access battery, SIM cards, and memory card (which is essential, if you plan to do anything at all with photo or video features, since there is no built-in memory to speak of). Eventually, the tabs holding tha back panel on will likely break, and the screen scratches pretty easily easily (it fell out of my pocket the first time I used it), but those are cosmetic issuesissues, and again, that is what I would expect. If I had been worried about scratches, I would have used a screen protector and a case. This phone has features that I don't imagine I will use often, such as mp3 player, FM radio and broadcast tv. There are no available TV stations in my area (at least none that the phone can receive), but the music options are nice to have, and though the retractable antenna seems delicate, it picks up radio stations just as well as any other radio, which is impressive. Overall, a nice little basic phone, with a couple of extras.
CAN NOT REALLY RATE IT. I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT ON HOW IT OPERATES. RIGHT NOW IT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR MAKING CALLS,
Not good for data, but good for kids.
So far not impressed, does not look the same in your hand as it does on site. The back is very difficult to get off, you feel like you are going to break it. Also, sim card is in, but still it says to insert sim.
