We love these air purifiers so much that we purchased one for each room of our new home. New homes emit a lot of allergens, gases and particles in their first two years and the Blue Air helps keep that to a minimum. As a result, we stay healthier, especially since I have asthma and we both struggle with allergies.
We've been using for several weeks now. We feel good about having this in our bedroom, cleaning the air from our furry children that use the room during the day. The night mode feature allows us to make the room entirely dark and silent. The small design fits well into the small room.
We bought this for our son's dorm room after seeing a larger version in our oral surgeon's office. He has several at his practice. Such a quiet unit with great performance on keeping your air clean.
I like how supper effective it is, my room has little bit of pain smell to it and for an whole day of it running the smell legit went away, very nice product I love it
I have been running the 411 in my bedroom and I have seen a significant improvement in my nightime congestion. I definitely am breathing better. My nose is not clogged anymore. The unit is quiet, it sounds at most like someone is taking a shower in a room down the hall. I just leave it on auto, but you can also put it on night mode and it will be even quieter. I would definitely recommend this product.
Bought it to help control indoor pet odors, dust, and flying fur. We have it placed in the bedroom right outside the bathroom where the litter box is and so far it's been helping a lot!
So I purchased this for my work office, which is ~100 square feet & doesn't have a window. Think broom closet sized! The unit itself looks nice, functions well enough & the auto-adjust & pm2.5 LED indicator are all great. But I'm seriously on the fence about whether it's able to cope with filtering a space this size. In fairness to it, I'm working in the office area of a machine shop so I'm guessing the particulate emissions are a bit higher than your standard office environment. That said, it really, really seems to struggle to keep up. The fan on high is pretty loud, and it seems to cycle between medium & high pretty rapidly if it can't decide which is appropriate, and that makes for a somewhat disruptive drone because the variable noise level sort of catches your ear's attention. As far as efficacy, it really seems to struggle in my office. On most days, even when the AQI is 50 or below outside, it frequently can't ever get the air to the point where the indicator is blue (Clean). Even when I leave it on overnight on high I frequently arrive to the indicator showing orange (medium) or even red. I'm going to see how the next couple weeks go & play around with printers / closing the door / altering our heating/cooling vents to see if I can ascertain where the particulates are originating, but I may need to return this and upgrade to one that's rated for a higher cubic foot space. In short, if you think you're on the cusp of whether this will work for your square footage, I'd err on the side of caution and get the next model up.
Filter is quiet seems to work well. However, the white plastic part above the filter collects all sorts of black and grey dirt. I've only owned this for a few weeks and have had to wipe it down multiple times. I can't seem to remove all the dirt. Do others have this problem? I have two filters in two different rooms and both have this issue.
Just bought this and it will be going right back. Dial to turn on 3 speeds is very difficult to adjust or read - takes way too many tries to hit it just right. Low speed is quiet but high speed, if you can get it to work, is much too loud, especially in a small room, which this is intented for. Too many design flaws. Premium price, but not premium product.
I ordered a 150.00 air purifier but was sent a replacement filter. I called and they couldn't send me the machine and said I would have to get refunded and then reorder. But I wouldn't get the refund until I sent back the filter and they received it in the fulfillment center. I couldn't take it to a store. Well if they didn't know I got the filter, how would they know to credit it to me as having sent it back. So I think I'm going to call my bank and dispute the charge and get my money back that way.
