I love this product. Here is the perfect recipe. Put half milk and half water in pan with a dollup of butter and bring to boil. Put in the 10 grain and boil about a minute and remove from heat. Stir in a flavored Activia yogurt, then put in a few walnut pieces and enjoy with a piece of toast. No need to add sugar as the Activia has just the right amount. A stellar healthy breakfast.
Very happy with this product. It's very affordable and has a variety of healthy ingredients. The taste is very unique, goes great with a little cinnamon, brown sugar, jam, or just butter/salt.
I love eating this stuff raw or with hot water. What a great taste.
I have been eating these (Bob's Red Mill) cereals for some time now and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to eat a healthy diet. I believe that they provide a healthy alternative to the "processed" dry cereal that many people eat.

excellent way to start the day on cold mornings
I really like the 5 Grain Cereal. I had to add sugar, cinnamon and fruit to eat this. I won't buy it again. This is the first of this brand I was not pleased with.
