I love Bob's Red Mill products. This oatmeal was what initially won me over. It's so much better than the other brands that it's hard to describe the difference. You just need to try it. It's as good in cookies and breads as it is eaten as a cereal.
I absolutely LOVE this product! It has memories of the 1950's at breakfast swirling around my table in the mornings, with the yummy hearty flavor of traditional breakfast cereal, laced with raisins and fruit, a spoonful of sugar (or a dollop of honey) and a little milk. Some days, I serve it with a pat of butter beside scrambled eggs on the plate! This cereal is comfort food, however you choose to enjoy it. It is lovely used in cookie recipes, also! I would recommend that anyone give it a try, and see if you aren't hooked immediately!
