Delicious in the Italian Easter Cake recipe. With just flour, almond flour, orange juice and olive oil the wonderful texture the almond flour gave the cake took center stage. It's a lot finer then the almond meal we've bought in the past.
Almond Flour is one of the main ingredients for French Macarons. It is for this reason I only use Bob's Red Mill “Super-Fine” Almond Flour. My cookies come out delicious every time.
This super fine almond flour is perfect for making macaroons, gluten free dishes, Keto dishes and many other delicious treats. The smooth texture provides silkiness to foods much like other regular flours do.
I used this instead of my usual coconut flour to make Swedish Waffles and they turned out excellent, light, crisp around the edges, and moist in the middle. My husband, who doesn't like GF products ate 3 of them.
I live in Guatemala so I bring bags of almond flour back with me from the states. I prefer almond flour to white flour and I love making cookies with it! The 8 Guatemalan kids who we are caring for at an orphanage also love the things I bake with it. One of my goals is to teach them how to make healthy things that taste good and thanks to Bob's Red Mill, I am able to do that!!
This is a fantastic flour to bake with. I discovered Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour when I needed alternative flour to traditional flour, which is a genetically modified organism and contains gluten. Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour is not a GMO or contain gluten. This is a beautiful flour to work with. It has a lovely almond color and has a very fine texture. It blends in beautifully with the other ingredients in a recipe. Baked goods come out beautiful. I was completely satisfied with the results. Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour is easy to find. It can be purchased in your local grocery store or online. I'll never go back.
Excellent for baking Keto & Low Carb items. I use this regularly to make Keto / Low Carb scones, crackers, English muffins, muffins, mug cakes, and cookies etc... the fine grind of this product allows for it to combine into baking items much better than other Almond Flours that I have used. The flavor is mild which I appreciate .

Pkg arrived exactly when promised. Driver left it on front steps, not screen room, but my dog is my doorbell, so i got it after driver left. anxious to yse product.
This is typically the only almond flour I buy but I know now go check the expiration on everything I get delivered from Walmart. I just placed this order 3/24/22 and the expiration date is 2/23/22
