I asked my husband for Boca burger patties and he brought home these vegan Chik'n Veggie Patties, so I figured I'd try them. At first glance they did not look appetizing but looks can be deceiving. These are great!! I ate a whole box of 4 in two days. I just put them on white bread with Heinz Chipotle ketchup. And they make an excellent snack/small meal. I honestly think that a lot of vegetarian chicken products taste even better than real chicken. It's not the same, no. But these are tender and meaty and nicely breaded. Made with soy protein, they're a healthier alternative to meat, with 140 cals per patty, 8% DV Total Fat, 0% cholesterol, 20% sodium, 4% total carbohydrates, 8% dietary fiber, 0% total sugars, 22% protein, 2% calcium, 10% iron, 4% potassium. It's an excellent vegetarian food and very tasty.
On a whim I decided to try the Boca product line because my friend said they are amazing. They do indeed taste exactly like chicken. A couple people have compared it to the McDonald's McCracken and yep that's what it tastes like!
these are delicious and SO cheap! my fav "chicken" sandwiches! go through like 4 boxes a week in my family. easy on the go lunch option
I don't know how this has just 4 out of 5 stars. These taste just like a chicken patty. Morning Star is also good but MUCH thinner. You get those if you want more crunch. Quorn ones are too thick, yet small, with uneven breading. If this were Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Boca would come out on top.
I have gout and sometimes limit my meat intake. These cook very quick and taste just like the chicken from restaurants and such. Sautee it in a skillet with coconut oil, olive oil, or even butter then add some hot sauce..comes out like a vegetarian hot patty.
It totally tastes like chicken but doesn't have the bad things chicken has. Goes well as a chicken sandwich. Really tasty. I even eat it with rice sometimes. Great taste!
Tried these b/c we already like the Boca burgers. Got these, made some vegan chicken sandwiches like on the photo on the box. Tasted good! Then we got some vegan chicken gravy mix and served it like a chicken "steak" with "gravy" on top with mashed potatoes and green beans or something like that, a vegan "dinner", and we loved that, too! So useful, tastes good, and not expensive. Boca is becoming sort of a regular item in our grocery cart these days.

No taste just like chewing paper wads
I love boca its a great alternative to meat, but the pictire is w false depoction of what the actual patty looks like. I dont know if I haf a bad batch but i was very disappointed
