I got this because i needed something for my side cartilage. It fit great, plenty of room.... It gets caught on EVERYTHING. If i'm sleeping, it gets caught on my pillowcase, somehow. If i take a shower, gets caught on my hair or towel. Headbands. Hats. I wonder if you could file it down? I might try it, but i feel like it shouldn't really have to at the same time. I know it's not great quality. You get what you pay for, obvi, but to get caught on a pillowcase seems excessive.
