quick boost after exercising. raises my blood oxygen level quickly.
I have COPD and these helped me get through a hiking trip. I just used them to give my O2 a boost as needed.
first time user,seems to help when get out of breath.will order again when needed.
I have asthma and allergies. I was wheezing and needed help. I tried Boost and I no longer wheeze. I noticed I'm more awake and need less sleep. I will keep buying Boost Oxygen.
Recently visited Mammoth lakes area lately and you can easily get out of breath. Just a shot or two and your on your way again. I've already recommended this product to a friend going up to the same area.
I put in an order for different items, I did not like that they were all shipped separate.
Overrated and does not help much. I was told it could help wit asthma attacks and panic attacks. Also, says it helps with energy...save your money
I have emphysema. It didn't seem to help when I was short of breath. I question whether it's actually oxygen.
Four of us tried it and none of us felt any boost at all. ️
The canisters arrived very quickly. They were packaged very well and in good condition. My mom, for whom I bought them, has COPD and we were hoping the Boost would make her feel more comfortable. She used it according to the directions and the air came out as expected. But it had no effect whatsoever on her breathing. No change at all. It is totally useless - at least for the use for which we purchased it. Perhaps it works for athletes, but not for older people with breathing problems. The breathing exercises for strengthening the diaphram which can be found online work better.
