When I got this I was concerned. I think I was one of the first people to order and when it came there was no DVD, just a poster of exercises that promptly ripped when I tried to open it up. Why folks package posters and seal them with tape always amazes me. Anyways I did 200 floor flys the first night and woke up the next morning with my abs feeling quite sore (in a good way) and my chest feeling tight. Once I was able to order the workout DVD things took off. I do each workout 1 time per week (5 total workouts) and have seen the beginnings of a six pack in the ab area and more definition up top. Not bad for 20 minutes a day.
It works for me and the DVD is very helpful.
Thought this would be helpful for me and my husband.... poorly made. Came with no instructional dvd, not sure how to lay on it. Goes down, can't get back up. Waste of money; not as described or shown on website.
Poor quality in overall material for the uppercut. Resistance band is no more resistance than a rubber band. It bends out of shape while using it.
