Missing parts did not come with water tank and product looked opened
The pressure stopped working after 7 months I took it into a professional repair shop and they identified a broken part. Manufacturer would not honor warranty, said somebody could have tampered with it....................So disappointed
If I could give this less than a star I would. I am extremely frustrated that my espresso machine broke after 6 months. We researched and tried to choose one that wouldnt break the bank completely but still do a great job. It took me two weeks to make my decision on this machine. After 6 months of every day, gentle use, using only filtered water, it started pouring water out from under the machine. Like any self-respecting person, before contacting the company,I looked under the machine to see where the leak was coming from and if it was from anything I did. Come to find out, there was a broken seal around the pump. After the discovery I contacted the company and they REFUSED to have any further conversation about it because I had "voided the warranty by trying to diagnose it myself and looking under the machine ". I got this as a birthday gift from my husband. I am going to find every single place I can leave a review and leave one star. Please avoid this machine at all costs! A product this expensive should not have only lasted 6 months.
