My Brio water dispenser is perfect. It looks great, modern and sleek. Water comes out with perfect pressure and can fit large bottles without issue. The temperatures on all 3 spouts are great. It is a bit noisy but it's not a constant noise and it doesn't bother me or my family at all. I definitely recommend this dispenser!
Outstanding water tower! Quiet and efficient. Water is both hot/cold on demand. Saw one of these at my friend's house and decided I needed to get one myself. Easy upkeep/maintenance.
Loved our brio! Unfortunately living in florida water can be inconsistent. It's amazing we can keep refilling clean water
Overall, a good product so far. I have only been using it for 2 weeks. Just this morning when using the hot water, it continued to trickle out after I let go out of the switch and had to put another cup under it and kept having to press the hot water button until something actuated properly to stop the flow of hot water. This was also very dangerous, as I had my initial vessel of hot water in one hand, then trying to stop the flow of hot water while also trying to block my 18-month-old from trying to play with this unwanted flow of hot water. If the issue persists, I will be reaching out to customer service.
Love my Brio! Works great and dispenses water properly on all 3 temperatures. Plus it looks great in black :) My rating is actually 4.5 as everything is perfect except the noise it does when it cools the water. Aside from the refrigeration noise it has a rattling to it. However, I still love it.
So far I like it much better than the unit I was renting from Costco's water delivery, which I think was by Primo. It is pretty quiet and easy to load. My only minor complains are: 1. The room temp water doesn't come out fast enough. 2. It would have been nice if the water spout was the same for hot, cold, and room temp. A few times I would start putting room temp water in and then change my mind that I want it a little colder so I press the cold button without moving my cut and then water gets all over my hand. This may be a side effect of how my previous water unit worked and I haven't broken that habit.
I just installed it and after getting rid of the first quarter 1.25 gallons, it takes so long for the machine to be ready to dispense water (all the lights are on indicating the machine is getting ready) I don't know if I'd recommend this machine to anyone. I've never had one to compare it with.
This water filter seems to be working fine. It isn't very noisy but I don't see anything particularly special about it. The exterior is very cheaply made and I had several dents into the top portion of the machine just from moving it across the kitchen. Also the safety feature on the hot water is nonexistent. The piece that claims to be for safety moves very easily that a child can basically switch the safety off accidentally.
This water dispenser looked like it had been used, the front was all scratched up. Unpackaged and repackaged and returned. For a $280.00 machine this was such a disappointment.
Package arrived damaged. (likely manufacturing issue)
