I absolutely love my brita and think it was one of my best investments. I drink a lot of water so it saves so much on water bottles that I was previously buying. The water also has a great taste to it, you can tell the filter is working. Overall I think this is a great option economically and environmentally over buying water and if you don't have a fridge with water at home.
The Brita Rapids Stream Pitcher is your convenient and efficient solution for enjoying clean and great-tasting water at home. Featuring Brita's advanced filtration technology, this pitcher removes impurities such as chlorine, mercury, and cadmium, as well as the taste and odor of tap water. With its innovative Stream Filter, the pitcher filters water faster than traditional models, allowing you to fill up quickly and get back to enjoying refreshing hydration. The pitcher has a large 10-cup capacity, making it perfect for families or individuals who go through plenty of water throughout the day. Plus, its sleek design and easy-to-use features, like the flip-top lid and electronic filter change indicator, make it a stylish and convenient addition to any kitchen. Upgrade your drinking water experience with the Brita Rapids Stream Pitcher and taste the difference.
I like that the pitcher filter as you pour which makes the filtration process quicker . The taste is great better than the last pitcher we had . It holds a decent amount of water. It's not that durable though the top part where it shows the filter's quality pop off as soon as we opened it. It still opens and close but sometimes it falls off which sucks.
I purchased this item many years ago and have never had a problem. I read somewhere you could get a new battery free the one I have is getting hard to read and at 87 I need all the help I can get. Thank you for any help you can give me.
It works well and I love the color.
Great product..... makes my nasty tap water taste GREAT! Has cut down on our purchases of bottled water!!!
I love this pitcher. We have 2, one for regular use and one to fill up my little ones bottles. I like the idea that the water comes out quickly while it gets filter at the same time and it always taste good.
I bought this pitcher when my reverse osmosis under the sink filtration system went on the fritz. The Brita is easy to use, works as described and I don't find it to be a slow pour at all…I've had it a few month now and keep the pitcher in my room as it's much more convenient that a water bottle-less fill ups required.
I'm writing a review after both our first and second Stream pitcher lids broke shortly after purchasing them. Had they not broke, we would be big fans of this pitcher! We purchased an older Stream when it first came out, as the speed of pour is superior to the other reservoir style pitchers that take forever to filter, IMO. That model had two plastic clips at the top of the handle that held the body of the lid on the pitcher body, and after just a couple of months, one clip broke, making the lid prone to falling off during pouring. It was during the height of the pandemic, and as so many things were unideal, we just dealt with it. We recently got around to getting another stream and again, and it was so nice until the lid broke after 2 weeks of use. One of the plastic posts that the lid swivels on broke, the spring popped out, and it no longer locks shut. We can get it to click shut, but it often falls off in mid pour, making a big wet mess. We want to like this product, but are bummed that we're going to need to shell out for another pitcher already. Otherwise, if the pitcher doesn't break, its a great design.
Cheap! Same plastic piece that holds the filling lid on has broken on two pitchers on the FIRST day of use. Definitely not worth the money, and it was twice as expensive as on this website. Would not recommend. Reviews on other site all mentioned they received the product for free and now I know why they all said good things.
