I bought this stroller over a year ago and it still looks brand new. I have grandchildren 3yr and 2 yr and it is easy to maneuver, the sun shade cover does protect them from the sun and/or wind and I love how easy it is to shorten or lengthen the straps.
I am able to have both kids in a stroller that fits through a single doorway easily!!! My kids love it, especially the canopy to "keep the sun out." Also, love the ease of folding/collapsing it and how compact it becomes. I can still fit lots of stuff in my car trunk with it!
I decided to take the plunge and buy the big guy because I have two babies under two and my arms needed a break! I did a lot of research on doubles and I just didnt want one kid to be stuck behind the other looking at the backside of the seat. Hence the side by side! This thing folds up great, isn't too heavy, is a life-saver for our family when we travel which is a ton, and the best part is that it really does fit through all doorways. It's not going to be the exact same as a single so expect to do some maneuvering while walking around crowded areas or whatever. Still great storage space underneath and I click my mommy handle on and my drink/key/phone holder on the straps and I'm good to go.
I researched for a couple of months on double strollers for our twin grand babies before I decided on purchasing the Britax double stroller. I was looking for something that was little bit less in price than the Britax brand, that would still meet our criteria in stroller "must-haves"; but everything else I looked at, fell short, so I decided to spend the extra on the 2016 Britax Double Stroller. I am very happy that we invested the extra dollars and got this stroller. So here's what I was looking for and here is how I feel the Britax measured-up: QUALITY HARNESS: I am very pleased with the 5-pt harness of the Britax. It is easy to use and secures the babies well. The straps are slightly large for them at the smallest set-up for their age (6 months, about 15 lbs. each) but it's not bad since they are not trying to scoot out of it. My only complaint with the harness set-up is that it can be a little difficult to position the straps thru the cut-outs of the three-hole option. It would be better if they cut the holes slightly larger to help with the ease of adjusting from one setting to the next. But since this is not something you have to do often, I feel it's manageable. Overall, as the babies grow, the harness system is going to work well to secure them in the stroller and be easy to get them in and out of the stroller. LARGE CANOPY: The canopies operate very nicely and cover better than many other brands that I looked at. They are adjustable so you can pull them back to various positions, if you like. They also have a vent that can be kept closed or rolled back to allow the flow of air to your children, plus, you can keep an eye on them as well while they are in this position. Also, on the back of the canopies...there are 4 pockets so you can place your cellphone or a bottle of water, keys or whatever you may need to have easy access to. Overall, the canopies provide very good coverage while out on sunny days. While it's not 100% perfect, it's much better than most that I have researched. EASE OF CLOSING: The Britax opens and closes pretty. It folds fairly nicely and offers a latch to lock and keep the stroller from opening from the closed position. It is not difficult to operate from the closed or open position. The one thing that I would point out about closing the stroller.. it closes rather quickly so you have to be careful of this. There is a button that you push in on the side of the stroller that will hold in place, once pushed and then you grab two straps...one on each seat. It works very well, but it closes pretty quick and the handles hit the floor/ground once the straps are pulled. I haven't found a good way, at this point, to avoid the handle hitting the ground swiftly. So I am careful when closing it that I am not on concrete or a surface that may scratch the handles. WHEELS and EASE OF USE: I wanted a stroller that had good wheels on it and would move, turn and operate well while in motion. The Britax met all my criteria. It rides smoothly and the wheels turn easily without any kind of issue. It offers a break on the rear wheels and front wheels if necessary. We find the back break system adequate to stop/hold the stroller while placing the babies in and out of it. Also, the wheels are nice on this stroller...some of the strollers on the market are made very cheaply and the wheels/tires are low quality and look like they would not last or offer a nice ride for your baby/child. WEIGHT and FIT: The weight of the stroller is not bad for us to manage, although, we aren't lifting it too far so we find it works pretty well for us. The fit of the stroller will work through most doorways. It's just under 30" in width so it will work on any 32" or larger doorway...which is standard for most homes. STORAGE COMPARTMENT: Storage for us was not a major consideration since we are using it mostly for walks. The storage is adequate for most useage. It can be accessed from the back or there are zipper compartments at the front of each seating section of the stroller as well. HANDLES: The handles are adjustable which makes it nice for those who may be taller or shorter. It's also nice if you're taking a long walk and want to adjust it during your walk. SEAT ADJUSTMENT: The seats adjust on both sides for a multitude of positions. It operates on a strap so there are "no" preset adjustments. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase of this stroller. It is well made and operates/glides well on walks. The babies love it and always fall asleep on our walks. If you are looking for a quality stroller that will last, this one will fill the bill. Another plus, is that it will hold children up to 50 lbs. each...so that means (providing) the stroller holds up, this stroller will be all we will need to purchase. My only suggestion, if you're on the fence, like I was and not sure if you want to invest a little more for quality...my opinion, it's worth the extra to know you have a quality stroller that will last over time...than to purchase something that will not hold up, meaning you will have to buy another stroller at a later date. Just bite the bullet and get something that you will be happy with and will meet your criteria. This one does it for me!
I researched double strollers for several months before deciding on this one. I was looking for a stroller that would hold both my grandchildren (a 3 year old at 46 pounds and 43" tall and and 4 year old at 35 pounds and 39" tall). I also wanted a stroller that would fit through most doorways as some strollers are very wide. This stroller met all my expectations. Our first trip was to the zoo for the entire day. It is extremely easy to push with both kids and excess weight from bags, etc. It is very sturdy so I didn't feel like it was going to fail under the weight. The kids loved it!!! I would highly recommend this to anyone with active toddlers.

I am a mom of 4. I purchased this for my twins, #3 & 4, when they were 1 years of age. They are almost two now. THIS STROLLER IS THE BEST STROLLER THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!!!!! It looks too wide to go through the smallest looking of doorways and IT IS AN OPTICAL ILLUSION. The stroller fits perfectly!!!!!!! It's easy to maneuver, lite weight, folds easily, great on all terrain except the beach, etc. I recommend this to a twin mom
