So far so good, I've had it a couple of months now. It was easy to setup. Thus far I've just used the copy, print and scan functions. It works well, no complaints. Text is crisp, document scans look good. I've not scanned photos as of yet. I'm not a heavy print user, which is why I bought a laser printer as I was tired of throwing away mostly full ink jet cartridges because they had dried up.
Exactly what I was looking for—a reasonably priced laser all-in-one! Most people get a laser to manage high quantities of print jobs. I'm just the opposite. I typically only print once per month—maybe 10 pages. I print so infrequently that inkjet cartridges and print heads would dry up and clog. I used most of my inkjet ink in the head cleaning cycle, not to mention the blood pressure raising wait while the ink eating cleaning cycle was running repeatedly! Toner doesn't dry up!!! An added bonus is that the occasional need to print from my phone is accomplished in a seamless manner. Very satisfied with this printer!
Bought this product a few weeks ago and so far absolutely love it. It is so much faster then my old printer!! And already better on ink then my old hp lol course that thing was ancient
I purchased the MFC-L2750DW after I had much pleasure and no breakdowns with the MFC-L2710DW. I needed another printer for an additional office and found that the drum and toner cartridges fit both machines. I am just as pleased with the 2750 as the2710 and would recommend eiter one to anyone who asks
I like the compactness and color. The copies print very clear. A little noisier than my last Brother copier but I am very pleased with this one. Also like that it would come with 2 toner cartridges! I would highly recommend this copier.
Faster printing and scanning than my 3 year old brother laser printer. Intuitive and easy to use. Haven't had to look at manual. Has a nice improved digital display of functions on the printer. A plastic part on the old brother broke and I gave it away. The new printer is definitely a step up, and well worth the money.
I bought a brother laser printer years ago for a business a ran. I can't say enough great things about these. I haven't used many of the functions on this one yet, but printing is so much nicer than ink jet. Let's be real... Hardly anyone actually prints their own photos. I need speed, efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness. Ink is cheaper and can be stretched if you know how to work a cartridge, and you can auto feed and scan, copy, fax, or print a bunch of pages quickly. I'll never go back to ink jet. This was easy to set up, also. Don't know if they changed set up since some other reviews, but this was a breeze.
I bought this for my home office and it handily does everything I require of a printer/scanner. Installation is easy. However, I only gave it four stars because I can't connect it to my Wi-Fi and it wanted to default as a fax when printing from word.
Overall I like this scanner/printer very much, except for 2 MAJOR flaws. 1) When you place a paper on the glass against the raised edges (to make it square) the scanner cuts off the edge of the print on the document by about 1/8 inch. To copy the entire document, you have to lay the paper away from the edges and try to make it square. I had the same problem with a previous Brother scanner. 2) Why does Brother think they have the right to tell me what to name my documents? In the Control Center under File Name Style, there is no option that lets me just put in the name I want; it requires that the name ALWAYS be appended with something else (date, counter, etc). The old software did not do this. So every document I scan I have to then change the name to what I want instead of what (big) Brother wants.
It is slower to start up and slower to print compared to my previous Brother MFC but the print quality is just fine. Also, the scan function is not as user friendly but the scanning of both sides in a single pass is certainly nice and the clarity is good. Overall the unit is adequate, but disappointing.
