I've been using this printer since 2020 and it works great for my business. Really enjoy being able to scan invoices to customers. It prints, scans and faxes without any issues. Duplex is also a added bonus
Game Changer! This is the most amazing printer I have ever owned. I am a Graphic Artist and I create products for print often, and this printer never disappoints. It's fax ability is great, and it's ability to PDF files to my desktop also saves me space in my filing cabinet! Everything is Easily digitalized. I've had this for about a year now, and I keep learning more about it. The buttons on the printer allows you a lot of control over calibration and faxing. HIGHLY RECOMMMENDED!
This printer seems well made and works as expected. Both side printing works well. Set-up very easy. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
Great printer. Meets expectations. I've had a Brother laser printer in the past that lasted almost 20 yrs. Still working but needed a new color printer with flatbed for copying and scanning. Very happy!

Got this on sale late last year. Heavy office grade piece of machinery, but it's the best impulse buy to date. Haven't changed the toner yet and I print a lot of things. Print quality is gorgeous and quick.
Black line appeared after 4 months in use only when using print from feed. Followed all directions to clean. Webiste has videos and the compartment near the white guard on the inside cover does not open per video. It is not manufactured as videos indicate. The AIO has to be physically brought to an authorized repair and they claim it is not covered under the general warranty. Good luck finding that warranty on the website. So now I have to physically carry it out of the office? Hire a strong man? Had an IT person set up initial installation for 7-person office. Too difficult to set up double-sided printing, options are minimal. Copying from glass cuts off edges. Not a great solution, but a cheap one.
I like it. It prints a bit slow. Also, it is difficult to locate scanned documents. Other than that, it gets the job done!
As a printer the printouts are great. The speed of printing is not the fastest medium sized print jobs of < 50 pages take quite a long time to complete the printing. The document scanner does not handle duplex document automatically. For a printer of this size the paper tray should hold a full ream of paper which it does not, which means for a busy office a lot of paper fills are needed.
I bought this printer in 2021 December. Since then the fax is not working. It is very hard to contact with the Tech support and it is a night mare. One I got Tech support after trying for about a Month. I did troubleshoot according to his instruction. But the fax didn't work and told me that he will contact with me for the solution. Still now I didn't heard from him. Sorry to say this. I'm using HP Laserjet print fir fax. No problem with HP
