[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to put on the liquid foundation. The brush has perfect strength to put the foundation evenly and make your skin look very natural. It has strength but it doesn't hurt my skin or irritate my skin. Very easy to clean the brush. I think this is a unique design but works great for applying on makeups. I would like to recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Japonesque Straight Foundation Brush has densely packed , soft, synthetic bristles for use with liquid, cream, and powder formulas, for medium to full coverage. This foundation brush has a thick clear acrylic handle and a flat, wide brush head. The flat edge of the brush can be used to create a sharp contour or get into tight areas. I really like how well this brush picks up product and evenly distributes the formula. It was also very easy to clean. I did loose a few bristles cleaning the brush. Hopefully, bristles falling out will not recur. I do like the packaging colors, the contrast of grayscale on the outside and the pink inside is nice. The cherry blossoms design both in and out. I dislike that there is so much plastic in the packaging and was relieved to see it is made with 100% post consumer recycled plastic. I find it interesting that this product was born in Japan, made in China, developed and distributed in California. I look forward to trying other makeup brushes by Japonesque.

Soft bristles & enough bristles for full face coverage which is the look I was hoping to achieve with it!!! Highly recommend this beautiful brush!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this foundation brush from Japonesque for almost 2 weeks already and it's great for applying foundation. It has a flat brush top that is ideal for applying the foundation evenly and nicely. It's very soft and gentle to the skin. I love that it's versatile and can also be used for creating nice contour lines. I tried it with medium and full coverage foundation and this brush worked great for both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this straight foundation brush weeks ago and wanted to give it a good try before writing a review. I love it! Bristles are soft and dense. The coverage is even and I've had no issue with the bristles falling out as has happened with other brands. The clear handle is just lovely also.

She says it's great and showed me what she can do with it. Not too tough of bristles and says the brush is quality. She's the boss!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The straight foundation brush is a decent brush but nothing spectacular. It provides mediocre coverage, certainly nothing to brag about. It looks kind of plain, and the bristles feel like they are of cheaper quality. It would be a great brush for a teen or someone just starting to learn about makeup. The packaging was pretty though, and it didn't fall apart when I washed it.
