Received plant in really good condition,well packaged
I ordered this tree for a very special patient of mine, the daughter called to let me know that her mom really loves the Bonsai Tree...she said it is very beautiful....she was very surprised...thank you Jet... Missy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
looks great, mom loves it!
the plant was arrived alive and in great condition, the only reason to rate it with 4-star is the size of it is much smaller than I expected as it was called "XL"
Listed X large size 12" pot . Sent Medium size 8" pot .
Died in 2 weeks. Leaves were brown when delivered.
The item received is incorrect size The description indicated XL 12 inches pot in size but I recieved only 8 inches pot.
Plant was healthy but not 12” XL. Received 8” pot.
pretty small for the price. Also lot of branches have been broken. You can pay extra bucks and get it directly from lowes or home depot.
Why misleading the customer, I know it's not Walmart, but against all the odds, I still ordered it. Well sure enough i received a super small plant this is not an XL Gardenia! Back it goes!
