it needed twisted to work after installation. but will do the job.
Really liked this paper tray. The trays slide out which makes it more convenient when you are accessing your files. The only thing is that it took me a little while to put it together since it doesn't come with detailed instructions. But then again I'm not so handy with tools and stuff. Great product overall.
This is an nice desktop organizer. It does require some assembly. It looks a bit dubious as you are assembling it but once it is together it looks fine. Make sure you put the cross supports going the right way or you will have to start over like me. The bins slide easily and it looks nice. Overall a great product and great value. Thank you Walmart.com!
The missing star was due to missing directions, The picture helped. Two suggestions on putting the trays together are to make sure the screws go in straight. You should be able to hand screw them to get them started. Second, don't tighten the screws as you put them in . make sure the unit is sitting straight the tighten the screws. I thought the trays were too close together until I saw that the trays are easily pulled out to allow you easy access to them. I definitely recommend these trays.
Overall like what needed if for. For the functioning part of it a was so so. Had to bend the tracks on the 2 sets I purchased so that they could slide as good as possible.
No assembly instruction. Weird assembly. Would never buy again.
There was a weird nail which didn't have a proper hole in it and the whole assembled product is crooked so I can't pull the bottom drawer easily.
Trays would not slide back and forth...kept sticking. I am returning it.
