I love my new waterflosser so much! I'm glad I got the perio tip for the few sensitive spots I have. I have yet to try the classic tip but I would imagine it's just as good. Highly recommend this if you have those sensitive spots when you floss, and after using the waterflosser my mouth feels so clean I very happy!

I've been a water flosser for a long time and used several units- this is a great one! If you're looking for space-saving and easy to use this is the way to go. Gentle but effective water stream/pressure. Easy to fill- I full about 3 times to make it through my mouth. May need to fill 4 times if you utilize the perio tip. Lightweight and easy to hold. I haven't had to charge it yet so I'd say battery life is good!
This product works great.
This is my first purchase from Burst. My previous water flosser was Sonicare. First, the color is true Rose Gold and it is a beautiful water flosser! Combined the look and packaging would suggest I paid a hefty price tag, happy to have it sit on my bathroom counter! The waterproof drawstring mini bag is great to store all components it comes with if not using it for your flosser (additional tip if ordered, coconut whitening strips, charging outlet). At first it did feel as bulky as my prior flosser but the more I used it, the easier it was to handle. I did read the instructions on how to change the settings as you can only do it when the flosser is turned off first, then turned on to select settings, then turned on for use. I watched a tutorial which was quick and easy. I'm not a pro yet and it still feels messy. You have to find the right head tilt and angle to keep water from running all over your chin. I prefer to floss in the shower and Love this option with Burst!! I do have braces and ordered the ortho tip. At first I was only using the ortho tip and felt the strength of flow was very weak and quickly decided my prior flosser had more energy. After a week, I changed to the original tip and I was blow away by the power stream it provided on the regular strength! I am very happy with my Burst purchase and like using both the ortho and regular tip as necessary. Without my Burst Flosser, I would not be able to keep my braces, teeth and smile clean! This is the only way to floss for me!
Water pik: great for getting food out as long as you explore all angles. My teeth and gum hygiene love it. Tip: if the cold water bothers you it works just as well with warm water. :) One con I noticed is that it doesn't easily change pressure by holding the button down like the instructions say but luckily the standard pressure I have works well for me.
So I haven't timed it but it seems to run out maybe a smidge faster than advertised. But it is so easy to refill its not an issue. I definitely love it and am very happy with my purchase. Gonna help alot since flossing is such an issue for my crowded teeth. Excited to see if the dentist sees any improvement from my using it next checkup. I have a broken tooth and I can get what's stuck in the spot so fast!
This worked well when I first started using it. It stopped working after about 1 month. I followed the instructions to reset and tried charging it but nothing worked. I returned it for another one and the same thing happened. Poor quality product and would not recommend.
Can't get it to stay on the setting I need it on after one months of use, it's unusable.
