This is great using the gloves, especially in winter. My husband has really dry skin on his hands, so I got him some cotton "man gloves" to use for a while when he goes to bed, and it really works. I need some new "bee" gloves, I've had them so long.
This hand creme smells so good, just like real bananas! As an artist, my hands get intensely dry from having to repeatedly wash them. After I put it on, my hands feel like they've never worked a day in their life! This stuff always saves the day and is honestly a thirst quencher for your hands.
This winter had been rough on my hands. I work at a hospital and wash my hands all day long; the results are rough, chapped, cracked reptile-like leathery skin. I used the Beeswax and Banana Hand cream and was not disappointed. It is thick, somewhat sticky and full of emollients that transformed my hands back into healthy soft healing hands. I think this product is best used at night with a pair of Burt's cotton gloves. I cant wait to try this out on my feet during the summer.
My sister-in-law turned me onto safer products and I needed hand cream one day. She broght me this and it was wonderful!! It felt so soft and smooth and the smell was amazing!! I mean really good that you wanted to eat it. It smelled so natural and fresh! Well I was hooked and I took it to my friend and she went out that day and bought it also.....I have since bought many more Burt Bees products!
I received my 2st Banana Hand cream as a mini in a kit. I gave away the almond and have been a loyal Beeswax & Banana since then. If a store carries Burt's Bees and not Banana, I ask them to order in a case, & buy at least 3 when they arrive. Great for hands, elbows, heels and feet. Love this product.
This creme has a yummy light banana smell, not at all overwhelming. It works great to soften hands and even elbows and heels. I got it in a kit with adorable little bee gloves and if your hands are very dry, using it overnight with gloves will make them soft and smooth. The only thing to be aware of is, because this creme is so thick, it may take a few minutes to work it in. But it's worth it!

I like how this product feels, but not more so than any of the other creamy hand moisturizers. It's strange to me that this product with such a strong scent does not actually contain bananas (I emailed the company just to be sure), kind of a let down a little bit
This hand cream is like a wonderful dessert...the scent is enticing and smells like freshly baked banana bread. Smoothing on the cream at first is thick and then it melts into your skin moisturizing dry skin, cracks (great on heels, elbows and thumbs!) without greasiness. Minutes after application the scent is faint and clean on soft skin.
I got a small jar of this in a kit, and I probably won't buy it again. I love the smell, but it's really greasy and takes a while to soak into your skin. I'll probably just stick to hand lotion from now on, but this product really does work well, so I would recommend it to others.
