This is a review for #Skippy creamy peanut butter. This is an old classic from when I was growing up. I loved it then, I love it now. This peanut butter is my go to food because it's so versatile. I can use it in my smoothies, baking, no bake desserts, to make marinade, and just plain sandwiches for the kids or lunch. Skippy is easy to find in most stores, and very affordable. I gave five star of this Skippy peanut butter because it was soft, creamy and smooth. We loved peanut butter sandwiches and it did fuel us and even my kids. Delicious and healthy peanut butter that would made us happy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I love peanut butter. I was skeptical of the "natural" taste but found it thoroughly enjoyable. My only qualm is the package claim that it never needs stirring. Of the three times I have purchased the two pack, I have found noticeable separation of the oil which does benefit from stirring. Nor is the separation related to being too warm. That said, I just stir it. And enjoy.
Skippy always has been and always will be my favorite Peanut Butter! Its great in sandwiches with jam or honey or to stuff celery ribs. It is also very good in Asian sauces.
Of course Skippy is delicious. But Walmart has this pair of larger jars for about the same price as only one in my grocery store.
It would be five stars for the peanut butter itself. One jar lid was cracked —- peanut butter was opened:( . Must have been dropped. Disappointed because it was a good deal. Oh well …
product was excellent. Exactly what I ordered Delivery was atrocious. Box waa thrown at the foot of the front deck I am handicaped and can't get down the stairs and then try to carry the box back up. Delivery instructions state packages go to the back door. This is not the first time this has happened.
This PB was separating, In my 69 years I have never seen this PB separate, and I am finding impossible to find how to return it. The 2 photos show a jar I opened and tried to use, mix it up, but was pourable. PB is not supposed to pour. The other is another jar of the 2 pack that I bought, opened to look at it. The last pic is what it is supposed to be like.
One of the Peanut Butter Containers was punctured. Can you refund me half of the purchase price please?
