I was in hopes to use this product for transfering data from my computer to my cell phone and the other way around. I set my desktop computer up for this device and it set up fine, but when i went to transfer data the device wasn't recognizing my cell phone. I still haven't fully figured out what I have done wrong or it is the device itself. How can something so small be so confusing to use??
