I just love this stroller. There is one thing I wish was a little different though. The part that your older child stands on is a little cluttered byt the basket underneath and I wish the standing part was shifted out a little more, just to give them more feet room. Other than that and really that is ok, this is a GREAT purchase to make especailly when they are a few years apart.
we love this stroller with a 2 1/2 year old and a 8 month old getting around can be tricky this stroller fits through doorways and is easy to fold and unfold. my only dislike is that i had to order a parent holder because their was no cup/key/phone area for my stuff. the storage area under is roomy enough for all of our gear. every one who sees us comments on how cool our stroller is.
This is by far the best strooler I have ever purchased ( and I have 4 already). Very light and easy to push with a 5 yr old and 3 yr old. Highly recommend it. Great for parks, long walks, shopping, etc. Easy to reach basket, tall push handle for taller people - hubby likes that. No cup holders for parents, but I can live with that. Folds compact as well. Fits in the back of my car easily. Not too heavy to carry either. Pucses like a dream - does not feel like a double stoller. very smooth.
this stroller is the best thing i have bought. my kids 4 and 2 love to go for walks and this stroller pushes easy. this stroller makes our long walks a breeze. the parents organizer is a must. the sun shade is huge and the only thing is that it does not cover the back but that can be delt with. my kids love this stroller and dont mind riding. the stroller is the best and we love it.
I have a 3 year old son, and a very petite 5 year old daughter. I wish I had bought this years ago! I just love it. It's much more compact than a standard double stroller. Its SO much easier to turn than a regular stroller. This turns just as easy as my previous stroller (Graco Mosiac-Lotus) I love that my daughter can sit OR stand in the back. Its got really nice straps for safety, and big handlebars. I love that the canopy can be moved to cover just the front, just the back, or a little of both. This way they are both protected from the sun. I cannot say enough about how solid it is. Its very nicely made, not cheap at all. Nearly everything is metal, not cheap plastic. Even the fabric is a nice thick material. They thought of everything for this! I also got the Joovy Parent Organizer, even though you really could hang a diaperbag on the rear grip bars for the standing child, but I dont carry a diaper bag, so that was a must for me. It works great. I love that the front wheels can be locked if needed, the adjustable footrests are great. The colors are very bold and vivid, and the basket is a good size. It folds down and pops up so quickly! I have a Nissan Xterra, and this goes all the way across my cargo in the back, but its very sleek, and flat so its doesnt look huge in your trunk, there is still plenty of room in front of the stroller, or even on top. I have no problem fitting all my groceries in the cargo area, with the stroller still in the back. I just cant say enough. I've been stopped 5 times in the mall and asked where I purchased my stroller at. It rides so smooth, and I dont even notice its a double stroller! I just love it! Buy one today, what do you have to loose? If you buy it, and dont like it hey returning it is very simple vs. an online baby store. Love my Joovy!
I have had this stroller for 3 years and I love it! I received this stroller as a gift when my second child was born. It was a life saver! My then 2 1/2 year old daughter and infant son loved it! I now use it for my second and third child while my daughter holds onto the bars that stretch the length of the stroller. I have LARGE children. All 3 of them are larger than average children for their height and weight - (98th percentile) and I have never had trouble with them fitting in the stroller. There is no cup holder which I suppose could be a negative and the mesh pouches on the back of the seat can't be used if you have a child sitting rather than standing in the back. The basket underneath is a little difficult to get to and there isn't much room but this stroller gets the job done. It is a little heavy but really not bad. I am a very small woman (5'3", 95 lbs) and I have no problem getting this in and out of the car. I highly recommend this stroller and plan on passing it down when I no longer need it. I use and abuse this stroller and it keeps coming back for more. Well worth the investment.
Much easier to push than a double. Meets our needs, but could use more storage. Also the child in front must be able to sit up very well on their own. This stroller is not good for very small children. Good value.
Stroller was purchased for use by my daughter who has an almost 5, almost 3 and a baby due any day now. She has used it for the older two, and it is easy to push and maneuver around objects. The back seat is a bit short, but the standing option makes it a winner. Overall the product is very well made and is easily collapsable - it fits easily in the trunk of her GrandAm. She primarily got this for the new baby and the 3 yr old; it accommodates most standard infant car seats. While there isn't a plethora of storage, there is a net pouch behind the front seat as well as a net area under the stroller for bigger (but not really large) items. The most important part is the ease in handling, even with two tall children. It is much easier than some single kiddo strollers to maneuver.
We bought this stroller for our 3yr old son and 1 month old daughter. It was rather easy to assemble and appears to be sturdy. The problem we faced and the reason for our return the next day was that to accommodate the infant car carrier the front seat must be in the full reclined position. Once you do this the rear seat becomes unusable as a seat. Our 3yr old (35lbs) could not sit upright and could only sit hunched over. For this reason only we are looking into another stroller. I think this is a design flaw as this is supposed to be for 2 kids?
Good idea for baby and toddler but when car seat is on the stroller the seat must be in a reclined position making it very difficult for the toddler to sit on the back seat. Toddler can sit there but the back of the chair pushes into his/her back. Not very practical that way. Also this stroller is VERY heavy and cumbersome to lift. It is easy to put up and take down though. This would be great for two older kids but again, if the front seat is reclined then the back seat is very uncomfortable.
