Perfect size for cooking a meal for two. 3/4 quart, which is hard to find! Already have coworkers wanting them for their campouts. Glad I bought 2!

this is a very small dutch oven,legs could be longer cant put charcoal under it.also ad had pic of a top with national parks ,when I received it just had campchef on the top, disappointed not as what was pictured.
I bought this for camp cooking for one. The size is perfect. I gave it 4 stars because the handle on the lid is solid and it makes it very difficult to pick the lid up to check cooking progress while there are coals on the lid.
Bought this for camping trips for just two of us. Arrived quickly, double boxed, in good shape. Used bacon grease to add seasoning to the oven. Only used it once so far, to make an apple crisp. Preheated the bottom for a few minutes. The apples slices sizzled when dumped in. It was an experiment and I don't think I put enough coals on the top. The crisp came out clean. Seems like a perfect size for stews or deserts for two.
Purchased as a gift specifically because it was shown to have "100 YEARS OF NATIONAL PARKS" in raised letters on the lid. I was very disappointed to find that it was not as pictured. Very cute, but since purchased as a keepsake for the specific design shown, very disappointing.
The size is what I wanted. The camp oven is a little lighter than I expected. I would have preferred a Lodge brand but Lodge has stopped making their 6 inch size, their camp ovens are heivier. The finish is a little rough. Camp Chef's are all made in China. Sometimes I wonder what the metallurgy is.

I ordered one that was to have 100 years National Parks...this did not have that. Also thought it was flat bottomed so it would have direct contact on camping woodstove. This has little legs.
