I have recently purchased Chapstick brand lip protector and the screw drive quit working within two days of usage and so I threw it out and tried to find the vanilla Carmex as I had used it with great results on a recent ski trip to Keystone, Colorado. I just had a fit trying to find the vanilla in stores in my home area, and finally found it and ordered and received from Wal-Mart online.
Love these, price great and shipping was free!!
I purchased this product be cause I really like it. The item ordered is labeled as a twelve pack and sells for an estimated $14. When it arrived at the store for pick up it was one tube of Lip balm. Needless to say, I denied the item. I am not paying$14 for one tube of lip balm.
When I ordered this product, I was expecting a 12 pack box but when I opened the huge box it was sent in, there was only 1 tube in the box. I was very disappointed as I can't find this particular tube of lip balm in any store. I had to send it back so that I could get my $20 back. I'm not disappointed in the product, just with the shipping.
Received my order and was shocked so much to see only one lipstick in the package, not 12pcs. And this is for 14.69usd ! Golden lipstick I must say :-)))))))))) Wrote to walmart chat about problem and they promised to send me the 12 pack lipstick set for free. We'll see ))) In general I like Carmex so much,,,, all kinds of lipsticks.
I was disappointed. I bought this 12 pack carmex. But only 10 arrived. The quality is great. I love it.
