I would definitely recommend this awesome chocolate drink to everyone.

I decided to give carnation breakfast essentials power drink mix high protein a try. I got the French vanilla flavor because I love French vanilla in my coffee in the morning. It tasted really good, it gave me the energy that I needed to get my work done before lunch time. It has a lot of vitamins in it so it's a good choice for me in the morning. I will be buying more and making this part of my morning routine.

Per packet instruction, the whole pack needs to be dissolved in a one cup of cold skim milk. I don't have skim milk in my fridge, only lactose free milk. Oh boy, it is very creamy and just have the right sweetness on it. This is also enough to make you feel full for breakfast. For me honestly, half packet is enough to use because it is very rich and creamy for me. I was not able to drink the whole cup. Also aside from dissolving it to a cup of milk, you can also use it in making any kind of milk or fruit shake. I tried adding some fruits like strawberry and banana and it taste amazing. I actually prefer the shake than just plain milk. I can drink this everyday with my shake. I recommend this for people on the go who doesn't have time to prepare breakfast for themselves because it is very easy to make.

Usually I'll eat some protein and carbs to wake my body up, and on other days, I'll make a shake and drink it on the way to work. I was super excited about the Carnation Breakfast Essentials à French à vanilla powder drink because not only did it have my favorite flavor, but it also contained the protein and nutrition I needed to jump-start my body and get my day going. I poured hot water into my shaker with the French vanilla, shook it for about 30 seconds before allowing it to sit for a few minutes. Upon taking a sip, I almost gagged at how chalky it was! I thought I had messed up so I decided to add some hot milk to see if it would make the drink creamier and I honestly felt my body churning. I've had Carnation Breakfast Essentials before, but I didn't expect this one to be a disaster. Maybe it was my fault for not being able to shake it and stir it well enough, but I think I'll be sticking to the other Carnation Essentials for awhile.
