I've been using Centrum for several years now and its helped me replenish my body with the essential vitamins and minerals needed to remain healthy. My primary care physician has informed me that my lab results usually return with positive results and I credit Centrum for helping me comply with those healthy stats. I've tried other multivitamin supplements but Centrum has produced the best results. I'd recommend Centrum to anyone seeking an effective multivitamin supplement, especially if you don't always eat healthy.
I have been taking Centrum Multi Vitamins A to Zinc for a year now, and have NOT BEEN SICK ALL YEAR! I also was careful to watch my diet, drink lots of water, and work out at the gym 5 days a week. I swear by Centrum!

Now, I am going to tell the truth here. I have been using vitamin supplements for 35 years. Probably, spent some thousands over those years. Daily used expensive vitamins....$50.00 a bottle or more. To me the expensive vitamins have SIDE EFFECTS! TOO much junk in the ingredients. I literally feel better with the inexpensive centrum for men. There are no weird ingredients with centrum for men. Just what you need. I recommend them!!

Might be good but pharmapacks sent bottle of 200 that expire in 165 days.
They sent me a centrum that will expired on July 2023 and is 200 tablets so this will expire in a few months
