As we get older i think our bodies demand nutrition and proper vitamin for our aging bodies. I know i cant be the only one who doesnt get all their daily vitamins for normal everday meals. I figure its best to supplement while i can so im usually taking these daily to support myself. Not sure if i feel a difference but all my yearly test come back while good health scores. I will continue to take these well into old age. Better safe than sorry.

Centrum for Men is a great multivitamin. I always give my son one every morning, and I can tell they are very good for him. This is a great men's multivitamin. My husband takes these and hasn't had any issues. His doctor has done blood work since and all his levels are great whereas before he was lacking in some areas. We definitely attribute it to taking the vitamins.
