The only drawback is the pump doesn't get all cream out. But we just unscrew the top to get it out. It is really good. Not thick and sticky.
I have used this psoriasis cream since it became available. It works well for the psoriasis spots on my hands, and so far is the only product that does work for my dry skin. What I didn't like was having to order the hand cream instead of buying from two local Walmart stores. When I received my order, the lid had come come totally off one of the jars and spilled out into the box. I was able to recover most of the spilled product but I would suggest you tape around the entire jar so that it is impossible for the lid to come loose. I would also suggest you keep it stocked in your stores!!
Lid was loose on one jar allowing product to leak out during shipment. Very pleased with product otherwise.
I like the product but the cream had opened up and was spilled around the shipping box! The packaging was terrible. The items need to be bubble wrapped and put into the box so they can not move around.
when arrived one container was open with cream all over inside of box. only hade one usable container.
When I opened the package, one bottle was opened all the way and the other was leaking. I tried reaching out to the seller two times and only received automated responses with no follow-up
