Have tried every product for the hard water buildup this is the only thing that works. It just dissolves all the stains.
My bowl was disgusting! I chose to use this product because it had no nonsensical restrictions against touching metals, or even tile surfaces yet promised to act "50% stronger" (than ?) . The recommendation to allow this product to be in contract with the material being cleaned for 15 minutes where the stains were stubborn encouraged me to leave it for 15 minutes over the entire surface because it was all stained. I forgot it for about 30 minutes and then cleaned it with the bowl brush to pure white with little effort. Even after I overlooked the below-water-line surface, that one too became clean with little effort. NOTE: Prepare bowl by 1) shut off water supply, 2) flush the commode, 3) If necessary use plunger to drive most of the standing water from the bowl and 4) apply the product to the bowl rim even the underside as directed so that it runs down all sides of the bowl and don't be impatient. WAIT perhaps 5 minutes for normal dirt but without Brillo's cautions, I felt confident in leaving it longer and that appears to have worked.
It works like no other toilet bowl cleaner, except can't find it anywhere but online at a price that's ridiculous
I had gray stains around my toilet bowl. No matter what I did, they just wouldn't go away. I need toilet bowel cleaner so I shopped. Read the label on Brillo Sno Bowl (knew Sno Bowl) and purchased it. Holy Cow! My toilet bowel is white like new!!!!
I moved into a rental mid 70's that had large brown rust sinks on almost the whole faucet end of tub. SNO BOL is the only thing that removed the stain. I have been a customer since then. I love the product, it cleans so well, especially with well water. But OMG it is impossible for me to open. I follow the direction squeeze on spots indicated and turn counterclockwise. It's impossible. I have to take the bottle to a neighbor to get it open. Yes, very embarrassing! Then I have to make sure not to replace lid completely so I can open it again. I may start looking for another product that works with well water and is easier for me to open
I'm 71 years old and can't open the bottle! My hands are raw from trying to push in the cap and turn it. I'm going to have to throw it away and buy a bottle of Lysol brand toilet bowl cleaner. A total waste of money.
Bought yesterday at the grocery store. Went to use it this morning and could NOT open the lid. Made a mess. What is the problem with the lid? Great product if you can open it and not make a mess.
This is the best toilet bowl cleaner on the market. I used it once but I find it is impossible for me to open it now. I know you will not change the cap to make it easier but I thought you should know that I will not be able to recommend it to senior citizens. You are missing a large market.
Maybe my bottle has a defective cap. But twisting it open doesn't open it. After loosening it enough to get the liquid out, it continues to leak for several minutes when closed and standing upright!
