The taste is very close to the traditional smoked polish Kielbasa I knew growing up. Great with cheese and crackers or thrown in the skillet for breakfast.
Love it! Ignore the bad reviews. The garlic really compliments the sausage! Been looking for a go to sausage, tried them all, this is the tastiest. No bone or grisle. This is my go to now! And they are local!
I've bought this several times but not any more. Flavor is good but there are too many pieces of bone. Total turnoff.
